At first glance, the hotel captivates with its visual appeal and looks like a luxury 5-star resort in photos, but unfortunately, that is where the luxury ends. The reality on-site is very far from 5-star standards, and my girlfriend and I would definitely not return. Accommodation and Cleanliness We booked a room with a private terrace and sun loungers. While the concept is great, the execution failed. The loungers were stained with chlorine marks, which the staff never cleaned during our entire stay. The towels provided for the loungers were permanently dirty. Dining Experience – The Biggest Disappointment For the price this hotel charges, you expect service to match. However, the food was almost always cold or lukewarm. We tried every possible time interval — going 10 minutes before opening, right at opening time, and halfway through the service. Unfortunately, the result was always the same, whether for soups, breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. Furthermore, the breakfast selection remained practically identical for 7 days straight. The A La Carte restaurant was a story in itself. We ordered steaks, but the server didn't even ask how we wanted them cooked. They brought us a cold medium-rare steak — completely unacceptable for meal prepared directly to order in an A La Carte restaurant. To top it off, they swapped two of our dishes with another table. Hygiene and Atmosphere Stray cats roam freely around the dining areas, sitting under tables waiting for food to drop or to be fed. While some might find this cute, from a hygiene standpoint — and for anyone with animal hair allergies — it is a major issue. Final Verdict This hotel pretends to be something it is not. It has huge potential due to its visual design and architecture, but it completely fails where it matters most: actual service, customer care, and food quality. A massive disappointment, and we will certainly not be repeating this experience.

This hotel is gorgeous. Rooms and all common areas are kept spotless. The bar staff are really nice and friendly, especially Uri and Albi. The housekeeping staff were always pleasant and friendly (The reception staff could take a leaf from their book as they weren't as friendly, especially the man) The area surrounding the hotel is very run down and quite dirty...it is 5 minute walk along the beach to Laganas strip and the beach is covered in litter and cigarette butts. The hotel address is Agios Sostis however this village is about 25 minute walk away. We had a swim up room which was lovely, there was no separate bathroom....the shower and toilet faced into the room with a frosted glass door with the sink actually in the room....it just doesn't feel very private. Oh and if I'm being picky there is no hooks to hang towels or dressing gowns! The food was always hot and fresh and we had no problem finding something we liked at each mealtime. We ate once in the a la carte restaurant which was delicious. All in all, this was a lovely stay and it's because the hotel was so nice we didn't mind about the surrounding area being so dirty as we didn't go out much and just enjoyed the hotel.

Efi It was very good, next time little bit more shoulders would be nice
