Diana Palace

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The housekeeping staff tidied the room every day. The rooms are basic and our balcony was too small for the three of us, there were 2 chairs and a table, nowhere to hang washing and the balcony was sunk into the garden so we couldn't use the balcony wall. The bar staff were efficient. The restaurant staff cleaned and tidied constantly, it was always clean but the food wasn't great, especially for kids. Good variety at breakfast, lunch was repetitive the dinner wasn't quite as bad so we ate out a few times. Also the all inclusive finishes at 11 even though the bar is still open. The pool area has a lot of loungers, but if you don't get your towel on a sunbed at the start of breakfast you won't get a lounger. Guests put their towels down and 'reserve' them for the day. Most of the loungers have towels on them all day but are hardly used. There would be plenty of sunbeds if guests only used sun loungers when they were actually at the pool. It would also be good if some of the activities were at the bottom pool. The animation/entertainment staff were great but the evening entertainment was poor, bingo, quizzes, karaoke, an average singer and a dull greek night.

Just leaving from our stay. Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Lovely location, good food, nice rooms. Lots to do around the hotel all In walking distance. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Me and my wife and daughter leave today . Hotel was clean but got messy round the pool last few days . Bar man was fantastic, worked his butt off everyday . Room was on the small size for 3 of us . Food was ok but not brilliant. Not much fresh fruit and very little Greek food . But in all was ok .The entertainment was none existent.some nights were bingo 5 euros a card , mini disco , karaoke,music played . Entertainment staff were good with what they had . But it got boring after a week . Saying all this the hotel was clean and staff were great . Don’t know what’s going on with the pool , everything gone green , all my daughter swim wear , my wife’s and my swim shorts and 3 towels . Never known this in over 30 years of going abroad.

Beautiful hotel, lovely food, excellent staff. The hotel is very clean, next door to loads of restaurants, shops, closed to the sea. We had a great stay, would recommend

Lovely good quality hotel. Great staff, every one so friendly and helpful especially stathis on the pool bar, he is a credit to the hotel. Bar very good with good selection of all inclusive drinks. Restaurant lots of variation of food. Location great, and Argassi is great place. Abra and Isabella on Entertainment are excellent throughout the day, so friendly and get everyone invloved, night time entertainment is only let down, should have more outside acts to fill the evening, but abra and Isabella do their best to do what they can. I would be happy to return here purely for stathis, Abra and Isabella, well all the hotel staff really. They are the hotels biggest attraction. Thanks for great holiday 👏👏👏
