Diana Palace

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect—within easy walking distance to the beach and the main street filled with restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of fun activities around the main pool. The rooms, facilities, and cleanliness were on top! The only things that would have made it a 10/10 perfection would be a free gym and if the Coke in the main restaurant didn't taste flat. Aside from that, we are happy with our stay and had a great holiday!

Excellent location, just minutes from all the bars snd restaurants. We stayed in an all inclusive basis, & you couldn’t fault the food. We did ask for poached eggs at breakfast, but they said that it wasn’t an option which was a shame. Overall the food could not be faulted, plenty of choice & variety . We stayed in a room overlooking the pool, which was okay, but not as nice as we expected. But on the whole clean with comfortable beds. You pay for every extra which we were shocked at, aircon, a safe & a room for the last day - this was all free on both previous holidays this year in Cyprus& Kefalonia. We stayed in a pool room also for a couple of days, which was lovely, but I’d get rid of the beanbags. Not comfortable at all! Two loungers would have made much more sense there., & take away the chairs. Just an idea. I have to say it’s the staff are what made this a great holiday us. We have to mention Leo on reception who was always so helpful & friendly. Panos who was in charge of the bar in the evening - such a lovely guy, and such a hard worker! Stakis also in charge of the bar in the day, a real character. Mario the Lifeguard & waiter, who went out of his way to greet you, each & every time you saw him, always smiling 😊. Gyan who’s ran the bar at the children’s pool a true gentleman, & lastly the restaurant manager (sorry forget his name) but also so very helpful and very friendly.

Great location. Hotel no more than a two star. Cleaners working hard to make it habitable. Even though "all inclusive" lots of hidden extras. The smell of raw sewage was very present. Food was repetitive. The pool burned our eyes and turned everything green. (Have NEVER had this before!) Our room flooded everytime we had a shower, even went out into the corridor. The rooms were advertised as having air-conditioning, upon arrival we were given a timetable, the hours we had in all inclusive were 2pm -4pm and 11pm -2am. We tried these times and it didn't work. No bottled water, told to buy it from the All inclusive evening entertainment was bingo at 5 euros a head and karaoke.

The staff made the holiday great, nothing was too much trouble. Good standard of food and drink and a very clean hotel with very good facilities. We had a recently refurbished suite which was a high standard for a 4 star hotel. Special mention to Staphis the bar manager and Panos who worked the evenings. Isabella and Abra, the entertainment team are so good and made the stay even better for our children (14 and 12). Would love to stay again in the future.

Great holiday at Diana Palace, hotel was nice and clean and located in a great area with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. All staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, entertainment staff did a good job too. Special mention for Stathis at the pool bar, great people skills, knows your name and what you want to drink and works hard non stop every day. An asset to the Diana Palace! Ice no Coke!!🤣
