Positives Immaculate modern hotel Excellent location Friendly and helpful staff Spacious room ( we upgraded in booking to grand suite) Good powerful shower Excellent air-conditioning Excellent housekeeping 2 large balconies Beautiful pool and plenty of sunloungers Poolside food is really nice Constructive criticism Very little wardrobe space, and not 1 drawer for storage! Meals were "just" ok. Food was luke warm and the selection was not impressive. I need to clarify that we are not picky eaters, but we struggled on the 5 nights we dined in so chose to eat out for the remaining 6 nights. To be honest, the food at the poolside snack bar is of a much higher standard than the evening meals which we found extraordinary. As a gesture, it would be nice to have a bottle of water included in the evening meal rather than be charged the measly 1€ we found this extreme, especially on HB NB* Anything in the room fridge, including water, is to be paid for.....and its not cheap! The shower is good but the whole bathroom gets soaked. The water leaked out at the bottom of the glass panel, which then ran out of the bathroom. Sunloungers are plentiful, but people are still putting towels out and reserving at silly o clock. This has to be looked into. All told a really lovely hotel in a good location and I would return but only on B&B basis. There are so many beautiful restaurants on the doorstep. Our room was perfect but we heard other complaints of small dark cramped rooms facing the pool, so check before booking! The reports of barking dogs on previous reviews was not heard from our room, just the noise from neighbouring evening entertainment, but its a holiday resort so to be expected!

A beautiful hotel. The smell when you arrive is definately like stepping into a Spa. The rooms where very spacious, and we had the basic premium room. The maid service -every day was excellent. Rizlyn, our maid was so lovley, making lovely creations with the towels every day. Thankyou! It as peaceful - as the hotel is located just at the end of the main strip - tho still had taverna's and bars and shops very close by. Its an adults only hotel so the noise level was low key with soft music playing during the day. Sunbeds where plentiful - but we did travel mid September so it might be busier in the summer months. Breakfast was much the same each morning but we only ate in twice during our 10 days for dinner. Wasnt really impressed with the dinner options. We went to Kalamaki for a wedding (which was lovely) but I loved Kalamaki and I'd definately return. A fabulous holiday.

Had a wonderful few days at this hotel. I wouldn't rate it a 5* but would definitely stay here again. The hospitality were all very polite and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every morning by Lizlin and her artistry with the different towel designs were amazing. The Greek folks I encountered were very polite and welcoming L&L

Just returned home from this beautiful hotel having spent two amazing weeks there for the 5th visit and 6th already booked!!hotel is spotlessly clean lovely food,staff are a credit to the hotel special mention for John and his wife Reena,also Angaa,Risky,Daiwa,house keeping lady for room 302,Lizeen,all staff amazing looking forward to seeing you all next year 😀

The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean throughout. The pool is fabulous and the sunbeds are plentiful but hard. The reception staff are welcoming but only one of them is not very smiley. The waiting staff are excellent, very hard working and respectful. The hotel is lucky to have them and I hope you know this. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were dealt with quickly. Of course, not all guests ( grown adults) know how to behave in public. We witnessed a very loud guest ( who happens to be from Liverpool) demanding to the poor waiter to provide a table for 6 people because " we are a family of 6 and we are eating together, so make it happen!) I couldn't believe my ears and honestly felt embarrassed to be English. This loudmouth is going to make the staff's life hell Also, guests,don't be stupid enough to dive into the pool...not only could you break your neck,but you splash water everywhere. Honestly, I asked myself if I really*was* in an adults only hotel at one point. Of course the hotel is not responsible for guests behaviour or their lack of respect,that goes without saying. Overall the holiday was good and the hotel is lovely.
