My Hotel Experience – 4.7/5 Stars The hotel is rated as a 5-star property, and in my opinion, it truly deserves that rating. The rooms are modern, well-equipped, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff really make an effort to make guests feel welcome and appreciated from the moment they arrive. The reception staff especially deserve a raise! I was welcomed very warmly when I arrived. They took care of my luggage and directed me to the reception desk, where I was greeted with a smile. They explained everything clearly and provided me with all the necessary information about what was included in my package. This team also deserves 5 stars for their professionalism and hospitality. I would also like to mention the service in the restaurants. The staff are friendly, professional, and always happy to escort you to an available table. You can choose from a buffet, where you can select whatever you like, or order from the à la carte menu. Personally, I prefer the à la carte option because I enjoy choosing exactly what I want to eat. The waiters are very helpful and are happy to recommend dishes and explain what is included in your package, as well as what you should definitely try. Their recommendations were spot on! I tried several local specialties and was absolutely impressed with the food. The drinks were also served very well, and the overall service was excellent. Now, regarding the hotel's outdoor facilities: there are two large swimming pools for relaxation, a children's pool, and a lazy river that goes around the entire interior of the resort. The pool staff are also very attentive and will bring you drinks of your choice. There is even a bar located on a small island right in the middle of the pool, which is a really nice touch. The only thing that bothered me was that the hotel is not directly on the beach. You have to walk there or use the free shuttle service provided by the hotel. However, the beach is reserved for hotel guests and has dedicated sun loungers. The beach itself is beautiful and clean. The water is very shallow, which is great for families and for anyone who enjoys walking far out into the sea. You can go almost 100 metres from the shore and the water still does not reach more than about 180 cm in depth.

Amazing staff and amazing food Staff were always very helpful and had a massive smile on their face. They were very friendly I can’t even name one staff more than the rest as they were all very helpful in their own way. Amazing room with a balcony and a good view. I want to give a big shout out to all the staff as this was definitely service with a smile and it was genuine. Thank you so much for making our stay in Bali excellent.

We have had the most amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nusa Dua! We’ve stayed in several places around Bali and this has honestly been our absolute favourite. We have two 9-year-olds and one 14-year-old, and they have all had the best time. The pool and lazy river are incredible, with rafts, floating bean bags and staff always around to bring you food and drinks. The kids’ club has been fantastic, with so many fun activities including making kites, leaf animals and the rainbow rain science experiment. A special mention to Eliana, who was so sweet, kind and caring with the children. They absolutely loved her. The hotel is so clean, the breakfast is incredible and there is so much choice. A special shout-out to Dion for the amazing towel animals and to Rafelita, who made our last morning extra special by taking the children to feed the squirrels. They absolutely loved it and it was such a lovely way to end our stay. We were also here for Indonesian Independence Day, which was such a magical experience with dancers and a band coming around to each table to sing songs of our choice. And a huge shout-out to Agus. He was so friendly and funny from the moment we met him and continued checking in on us throughout our stay. He really made us feel so welcome and looked after. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable stay. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Beautiful hotel, luxurious and with a friendly atmosphere at the same time. All employees were very kind and helpful. We met and absolutely adored a girl/ employee named Santi. Professional, friendly, kind and willing to assist us with everything we could need, in order to make our staying at the resort a great experience. Very lucky to have her there! Loved every moment of our 5 days accomodation! Impeccable service, meals, garden surrounds and crystal clear pools made us appreciate being in paradise more. The staff were always friendly, attentive, helpful and kind. Thanks to all, we look forward to returning.
