Absolutely love this hotel. I have stayed here a couple of times now and the service is amazing. I cannot fault how kind and positive the staff are. The hotel room is regularly cleaned out and amenities are great. The breakfast has very fast service and very kind welcoming people. It’s not often that places these days have service where everyone genuinely cares but I can definitely say that this hotel does. Thank you to the four points team you guys are amazing.

Great location, everyone is so cordial and hospitable. The rooms are fine, quite comfortable. the atmosphere is very chilling. A mix of tropical vibe in a starred hotel. The staffs come and ask for any support. They have great communication skills and marketing. Overall people of Indonesia are very supportive with smile. They try to understand people and with open heart they support.

Nothing to fault, everything exceeded our expectation. Would highly recommend to anyone.
