Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta

We stayed in the four points hotel, kuta for 2 days. Everything was perfect. The room was clean. The service was also extraordinarily good. We also exceptionally love the breakfast. Also, the staff is very friendly, welcoming, and they’re always ready to help. Thank you for this experience.

Usually this is not our most favourite of BonVoy hotels but we chose it for it's location and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. Right in middle of hustle and bustle of Kuta, among eateries, massage centres and shops , this was a different experience of Bali. Usually we stay in Nusa Dua and savour the sanitised high end version of Bali, this place showcases the vibrance of Bali. Hotel is neat, cozy and has couple of restaurants to keep you intrigued for short 3-4 days trip. Real value for money deal ! We were worried about it being noisy but turned out to be quite a peaceful place. Lack of effective blackout curtains could be a concern if you want a pitch dark room to catch some sleep ! Service is uaually not a concern in Bali and this place is no exception/ Short 15 min walk to beach , it proved to be a relaxing holiday.

Excellent service and very nice food!

Perfect hotel for our family of 4. We have 2 kids 5 and 3 years old and there is heaps for them to do. The kids club is amazing and everyone is so friendly and inviting. The buffet breakfast has so many options you are not left bored after a few days. Our room was clean on arrival and the beds are very comfortable. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the mall. We will use this hotel again in the future.
