The great hotel in bali......

All stafs were very kind! I recomend to all tourist who visit Bali. Services was perfect, Restaurant was very delicious, And most important thing is kindness from staff. Especially, Kevin, frontman was very very kind...! Enjoy your holiday at here!!

We stayed for five nights all inclusive with a bunch of friends and kids. We had an amazing time, andThe staff were absolutely great with their service and attendance. The variety with food could’ve been better as there was a few restaurants there but at the end of the day they served same chicken nuggets same fish and chips so it wasn’t like you had more variety just different locations. Alcohol is also local so any cocktails you get it’s a local alcohol (arak) However- we all got sick The kids one by one started getting Gastro there was seven of them, and after that parents got it. We started noticing that the pool area and kids area is absolutely horrible in cleanness as we saw it with our own eyes of many children vomiting or having diarrhoea while in the water. The pool didn’t feel like they had much chlorine in them and especially in conditions like this were there are children and kids and all these viruses I think the cleanness in the pool area could’ve been much better. As we did the all-inclusive by the end of it we were all vomiting everything, so a bit ironic too! 😵‍💫 Saying all this we did have an amazing time. I just wish the cleanliness health and safety issues regarding viruses was much in control.. so we could have enjoyed fully

A beautiful all-inclusive resort perfect for families. All of the restaurants on-site were excellent and the food and service was really great. All staff were very friendly, front desk staff were responsive to all requests and feedback and entertainment and options were great.
