Hard Rock Hotel Bali

Had a wonderful time at the Hard Rock in Bali! It was perfect for our family holiday as it had so many activities and things for the kids and for us all. The staff were amazing - thank you to Novi, Regita, Rini, Dessy, Widya, Amanda and team for making our stay so amazing! Cannot wait to come back! Could not recommend highly enough!

Have stayed at Hard Rock a few times now. Its the first place we go after getting off the plane. The rooms have always been really neat and nice. The breakfasts have a huge variety and is excellent. The pools are so good for the kids. Lots of games on, slides, other kids to play with and i've always found a good spot to sit. Location is great, its on the beach, you can see the surf out at Airport rights or go over the road and surf the beach break. Millions of shops and great restaurants close by. And best of all its great value.

Hard Rock Bali was an absolutely perfect stay for our family! ❤️ A special thank you to Paparazzi, especially Phil, who captured the most amazing photos of our family at the beach and in the beautiful gardens. 📸 He made us feel so special! The food experience and service is below average at the starz restaurant , we had dinner there once, and shared a feedback with staff on the inhouse water tastes funny, he basically defended its the same throughout the hotel, which was not the case as we have the inhouse water in the royalty suite and lounge. He only recommended was to order from the menu. Also was very difficult to get anything through any if the staff, thought will make any difference speaking to the manager on duty, Jenny, she said we will share the feedback with restaurant.

Absolutely love hard rock hotel bali. Rock royalty really look after you like a good friend. Staff are all amazing and really make your stay very special. Huge thank you to Novi , Amanda, Widja, Rini, Dessy, Adi, Dwi, Sudi, Cindy, Panji, Doni, Regita, Reta, Ganesa, Yanti, Andika , Satria, Andre for another amazing stay and looking after our family (Mr) David.
