Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa

Such a beautiful hotel, right on the beach, which has stunning views. All of the restaurants have an amazing selection of food, and beautiful views of either the beach or the pool. The spa and other facilities are excellent and well maintained. All of the staff on our holiday have made the experience a trip to remember, so kind, welcoming and happy to help with anything you might need. The rooms are very luxurious and extremely clean, Mayun has been excellent at maintaining our room. They also notified us if there was any guest events such as weddings and provided times of likely louder periods and gave a contact number in case we wanted to discuss this, however, we never experienced excessive noise during our stay. We also used the hotel taxi service which was very good, and good value for money, the front desk staff were very knowledgeable and provided us information on the best places to go. We wanted to say a massive thank you to all of the staff that have made our stay so good!

Last year the same time my husband and l came to this hotel for the first time. We liked many aspects of it so much we came back this year. The room the same, service by the employees the same, lovely people and so helpful. The ambience is no longer the same. We understand that hotels are being competitive but why do something different if that changes the very reason many return like we did. 6 times in 9 days we informed of increased levels of noise due to 5 weddings, which no issue with. Tonight advised two nights prior of an event to be held at the beach area of the hotel. We booked dinner at The Tamarind, knowing about the fire event for part of what those who had paid for the inclusions with Luxury Escapes attend as part of the package. We had done this for both our stays and no negative re those, BUT, tonight was more like a disco, thump, thump, rave music event. We did not have a nice evening due to this. Many may say we are old and not into this so called music event, and l would say to them that we paid for the atmosphere of last time. Maybe that is the new way and progress of hotels, but you have ruined a lovely peaceful place with noise.

Very happy with our stay. Any concerns were actioned immediately. The restaurant staff and Palace club staff were wonderful. Everyone was polite and welcoming

The Handwritten Collection Hotel is a fantastic place for a family vacation. The stunning rooms and spacious layout of the hotel create an incredibly calming, luxurious, and charming atmosphere. Delicious and varied breakfasts make a huge difference and ensure a great start to the day. The wonderful hotel staff, always ready to help, are also invaluable. The beautiful hotel beach, as well as the large pools and restaurants surrounding them, allow you to spend a fantastic time with your family throughout the day without having to worry about anything. The hotel is located on the seaside promenade, allowing you to go for a morning jog or a long walk along the seafront directly from the hotel grounds. In short, it's a luxurious and incredibly friendly place to spend a fantastic time in Bali. I highly recommend it :-)
