We arrived on 26th September and stayed in a room that wasn’t too far from the pool, close to the Fresco food area. We’ve stayed at this hotel before in the My Favourites section, and honestly, we’re not really sure what you benefit from by upgrading. The only noticeable benefit for us was that the loungers around the pool were more comfortable, as they had padded day-bed style loungers. Overall, we would say that everything about the hotel is just okay. The food is pretty much what you would expect from an all-inclusive. It was fine, but there aren’t many options for snacks throughout the day compared with other all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed in. The majority of the staff we came across were lovely and friendly. However, we did find the staff at the pool bar quite rude at times. They would often talk amongst themselves and even ignore you halfway through serving you, which resulted in some very long queues building up throughout the day. We were also quite disappointed to find that the majority of cocktails included in the all-inclusive package are served from a machine rather than being freshly made. That being said, we did have a nice holiday overall. We booked this hotel purely because we wanted somewhere to relax and have a proper rest, and we definitely achieved that. The hotel is perfectly fine if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing break. However, as a young couple, we probably wouldn’t choose to return if we were looking for a more modern, fancy hotel with a better all-inclusive offering. It’s quite clear that the hotel’s preferred clientele is more geared towards older generations, which is worth bearing in mind when booking

The Good: Pools: Great variety of pools. If you like peace and quiet, there are dedicated zones for that, as well as livelier areas. Food & Amenities: Good variety of options, and the food was consistently nice and warm. Plus, there is a handy mini shop just outside of the hotel which came in very useful. Service & Upgrades: A few days prior to arrival, I emailed to ask if we could have our rooms next to each other as a group of 6. When we arrived, not only were our rooms next to each other, but we also got a complimentary upgrade to a pool view! Housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned every day. Fresh towels are provided if you leave your used ones in a pile on the floor. Sun Beds: No need to worry about getting sun beds—there were always free ones available. Entertainment & Location: The entertainment was good, and it’s about a 20 to 30-minute walk into town/shops with plenty of great pubs and places to visit. Beach Note: The beach is very close by, though it’s quite rocky and more like "popcorn beach" rather than traditional soft sand. Excursion Tip: If you plan to visit the Oasis Wildlife Park, there is a bus that comes directly to the hotel at 9:00 AM and costs £7.50 each to use. You pay for the bus at the wildlife park itself, and then the driver scans your ticket when you get back on later. The Bad: Room Maintenance: The air conditioning in our room kept leaving a horrid smell (like sewerage) whenever it was turned on. We reported it to reception, but maintenance didn't seem to come and sort it out, as the smell lingered for the rest of our stay. Pool Bar System: To get drinks around the pool, you are given tokens to hand to the bar staff, and you have to bring your cup back each time you want a refill. While it’s a great idea for keeping the area tidy and mess-free, it was slightly annoying not being able to just walk up and grab a drink. (Though on the bright side, if you lose your tokens, reception is happy to give you more!) Snack Bar Food: The snack bar food wasn't that great—mostly just okay. The burgers didn't taste like proper burgers, and we didn't rate the pasta as it smelt a bit like sick (though other people might enjoy it!). Overall Verdict: Despite the issue with the air conditioning, we would overall stay here again!

8 Day stay September 2026 - disappointing paid for an upgrade to a pool room view at £127( already paid full price not a offer for this hotel on love holidays) (my fault should have viewed room before paying at reception) to be given one up steep steps which was too much for us every day my husband has a bad knee by day 8 too much)!! After looking at the pics online I felt my expectations left me disappointed some of the pics not as it is now! The room was very outdated dark and old fashioned in need of full refurb a very poor quality to say I paid extra.!! The hotel itself in the grounds were average yet again some of the areas needed some updating and some paint looking tired and run down in some of the areas. The actual layout of the hotel perfect but it is not a 4 star! Location ok easy walking distance to town and back and access to beach from across the road. Taxi costs very cheap into town. Entertainment at pool and night was all ok with a good vibe. The food is same as any all inclusive hotel samey samey every day but was nice but we choose to eat out some days so was ok for us. Staff very friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble. Cleaners in every day for basic clean and fresh towels. Another complaint for hotel I travel at least 3 times a year abroad and this is the first hotel ever to charge for a complimentary shower room on late departure at 10 Euro each! The room smelt of damp and was a shower over a very scratched bath base (Yuk!) - surely the hotel should provide this facility for free not extra charges!! Will I visit Fuerteventura again yes but not this hotel I paid 4 star prices and at best got a 3 star!!!
