Bahiazul Villas Club

We had our second stay here in May 2026 and made more unforgettable memories. Fabulous layout of villas and wonderful staff and facilities.

We have stayed here before 8 years ago and honestly we absolutely loved it, hence booking again. This time around we were actually pretty disappointed, the rooms feels dated now and the showers don't work or you end up stood in a pool of water. However the absolute worst thing is the ongoing maintenance and building work going on all day. You cannot sit by the pool and relax without hearing drilling, hammering and chainsaw noises ALL DAY. Do not book this place if you want to relax it's actually impossible. I wish I could attach Videos so you could hear the noise!! If they try to put you in villa 7 - 3 just point blank refuse, the villa next door is under a full renovation. The work starts at 8.30am too so kiss goodbye to a sleep in. Utterly disappointed :(

On first impressions, the complex is very beautiful, with the white wash villas with the striking blue. All streets, restaurant and outdoor areas are well kept. We were given Royal Villa 8-4. Upon arrival our villa was very clean and spacious. Open plan living, kitchen & dining area with all the necessary amenities. 3 large bedrooms with ensuite. We upgraded to have an interconnecting room as we had 2 small children (15€ per night) - this gave great piece of mind. As we arrived in the evening, we didn't see the outdoor area in true light. The next morning we were shocked to see our pool had a yellow grimey mark around the waterline, it didn't appear clean, especially in comparison to other villas we could see from our rooftop. We called reception and the pool cleaner didn't come until the next day... The yellow mark was still there, I think it needs a refresh and deep clean to be removed. That morning, we also experienced a burst pipe on our roof terrace. There was water leaking through the master ensuite ceiling and through the light fixtures. My partner went to reception to sort. Receptionist did what he could, liaising with the manager in the attached room. My partner asked to speak with the manager directly, but she wouldn't come out. They would not offer an alternative villa. They did send out maintenance who arrived swiftly and fixed. Whilst there the lock broke on the main patio doors, which he fixed there and then. We had a half board package. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were great with plenty of choice, all fresh, and great variety throughout the week with it's themed nights. All the staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. Location is lovely, very quiet. A couple of supermarkets within a short walk. Taxi to the center is no more than 8€, alternatively it is about a 40min stroll. We had a late flight home. We were told that there was no availability for us to have a later check out, however they do have a complimentary shower room to freshen up, and storage for cases. Overall, despite the few problems with the villa at the start, we had a lovely stay.

As returning visitors we were excited having been before. The positives, beautiful renovated villa, lovely welcome from security as we arrived late, reception was closed. Lovely lady at reception when we did check in properly the next day. Breakfast was really good with such a variety of foods. Great place to spend chilled time with plenty space all to yourself. Pool area, sunrises and sets just perfect. When things go wrong they are fixed quickly. The even better ifs……. We had requested the 3 bedroom and were to pay the extra on arrival. Unfortunately this was not opened and had to then be opened by security last thing needed when you think you have planned well. The first day we had to have the aircon fixed with a number of visits and eventually a unit replaced. The most disappointing thing was all day from the Wednesday to the Friday was the sound of drilling from a nearby apartment. Not quite the sound you want to hear on holiday while relaxing by a pool. We did ask for a late check out as flight wasn’t until 10pm but unfortunately unable to get one. This hotel has very little in the way of places to wait so was a long day. Spent a few hours in the bar area but not ideal. Would definitely return if I could get early morning flights home.

This was our third visit to Bahiazul, and we can honestly say it has been another stunning experience.
The staff are always so friendly, helpful and welcoming, making you feel valued from the moment you arrive. We were also delighted to find a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival, such a lovely and thoughtful touch. A special mention must go to the maître d’, who every evening took the time to learn a little sign language to communicate with and greet our boys. This was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and it really meant a lot to us as a family.
 The villas are beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and finished to a very high standard.
 As a family, we always choose the half-board option, and once again, the food was excellent. Every meal was beautifully presented, well organised and consistently of a very high standard.
 What really makes Bahiazul special is the staff. They genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.
 We absolutely love returning to Bahiazul and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
