Great hotel, centrally located, plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and well looked after(thanks Charity) beds huge and comfortable. Food at the buffet was plentiful at breakfast(didn’t do dinner). Only downside was the lift situation, 3 of the 8 out of action at some point. Two large pools outside with plenty of sunbeds and lots of ☀️🍺

Having just returned from a week's holiday, I wanted to share my honest review. We paid approximately £10,000 for six people, including my 84-year-old father, who has difficulty walking. For that amount of money, I expected a much better standard of service, comfort and attention to guests' needs. Room Location and Reception Staff Despite travelling with my elderly father, we were allocated rooms that seemed to be about as far away from everything as possible. This made getting around the hotel particularly difficult for him. What made this even more frustrating was the attitude of some of the reception staff. Rather than being helpful or understanding, several were dismissive, unhelpful and, on occasions, downright rude. I even witnessed another guest raising a complaint at reception, only for staff to giggle among themselves after he had walked away. It gave the impression that guests' concerns were something to laugh about rather than take seriously. This was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. Interestingly, I found the bar staff far more approachable and helpful than those working at reception. Deluxe Rooms – Where Was the Upgrade? We had booked Deluxe accommodation, yet our room appeared no different from a standard room. We were also supposed to have additional amenities, including a coffee machine, which were missing. I raised this with reception and was assured it would be sorted, but nothing was ever done. We also experienced several maintenance issues. The safe initially didn't work, the shower stopped working, and the sink drained incredibly slowly. To be fair, these issues were eventually resolved, but they were inconveniences we shouldn't have had to deal with in the first place. Hotel Cleanliness and Food On a positive note, the hotel was clean and well maintained in that respect. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food and had no complaints about the quality or choice available. Credit where it's due, these were definitely highlights of our stay. Noise Levels and Lack of Somewhere Peaceful to Relax One of my biggest disappointments was the complete lack of a comfortable, quiet area anywhere in the hotel. We stayed in Block 6, where the noise from the neighbouring bar was a constant frustration. The bar near reception was also extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to sit and have a normal conversation. Even the reception seating area offered no escape, as the noise travelled straight through. Surely a hotel of this size and price should provide somewhere guests can sit comfortably, enjoy a drink, read a book or simply have a conversation without competing with loud music and noise? The poolside bar was probably the closest thing to a quieter area, but even that wasn't particularly comfortable, with drinks served in plastic cups. To make matters worse, just before 11 pm, staff would begin closing down and switching off the lights, making it very clear that it was time for guests to leave so they could clean up and finish their shift. It hardly created a welcoming or relaxing atmosphere. Overall – Disappointing Value for Money I appreciate that no hotel is perfect, and I always try to give a balanced review. The food was enjoyable, the hotel was clean, and some staff members, particularly those working in the bars, were genuinely helpful. However, when you spend £10,000 on a family holiday, you expect more than just good food and clean rooms. You expect a reasonable level of comfort, facilities that match what you have paid for, staff who genuinely want to help, and some consideration for elderly guests or those with mobility difficulties. Sadly, the poor attitude of some reception staff, the disappointing Deluxe accommodation, the inconvenient room location and the lack of anywhere peaceful to relax really took the shine off what should have been a special family holiday. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when raising genuine concerns. Would I return? Based on this experience, unfortunately not. There were positives, but for the amount we paid, the overall experience simply did not live up to expectations. A real shame, as with better customer service and more consideration for guests, this could have been a very different review.

The hotel was lovely & in the perfect location, the room was spacious & clean however the food was a massive letdown, there was very little choice & was always cold, at breakfast there was one chef doing all the cooking so there was always a big que, by the time you've waited for your food it was cold! The hotel had to many guest to cater for & not enough staff, we went half board but ended up having to pay to eat out! I didn't find the hotel very friendly I got the impression that most of the dining room staff hated there job & couldn't wait for us to leave!

Been on holiday with my partner the pool was disgusting with algee growing inside hazard to health the pool should not be in use As for guest relations they are a joke. Just laughed about the issue On checking out you then was asked if we enjoyed our stay we said no they asked why we said about the pool and they said they knew the filters where not working. Not what guest relations said we stayed in the same hotel group on Sevilla the week before it was impeccable I would look else. Where not even three star here and a shame as I would not go back

We came to this hotel in March The Animation team was excellent when we came back in September it was very poor non-existent especially in the entertainment room
