Barcelo Fuerteventura Royal Level Adults Only

Firstly I need to say this hotel is lovely, our room was large with a sitting area bathroom with a walk in shower and a good size bedroom . Towels are great as well . .We are still here at the moment and it’s very peaceful BUT the food , we are half board and I’m finding after 3 days the food is very basic and only Luke warm to say the least , this is letting the hotel down badly and when your paying extra for adult level I was expecting better . Even coffee at breakfast isn’t hot . Can’t say any more really only I hope it improves before we go home because this would stop me returning.

Had a wonderful stay at the Barceló Fuerteventura Royal Level Adults Only. We stayed as a family Mother & Daughter. From arrival to departure, all the teams were fantastic. As a Nut allergy sufferer, I can’t recommend the service provided highly enough, from making sure I could eat the food by checking with the kitchen to offering to cook something suitable…. A special mention to Laura from the Breakfast and lunch team and Lina? from the evening team who were really amazing as were all the teams! As we were All inclusive , the drinks package was quality and the food generally good. There were options from the specials each evening, menu from the afternoon and individual cooked breakfast as well as the service options. We also visited la dolce vita restaurant which formed part of the All inclusive too. We were always able to get a Sunbed each day and the atmosphere around the Pool was very relaxing with pool bar service. There is evening entertainment every day, which was lovely. The evening bar team were great and knew the drinks before you ordered them, as did the day bar team. Our room was large with all the amenities you need including a hairdryer, safe, iron and AC at no extra cost. The area around Caleta De Fuste was good for gifts as well as a Market which we visited on a Tuesday. Overall we had a very relaxing week away and would definitely return again!

From the moment of queuing to check in with little information provided regarding mealtimes to further wait for a porter to be taken to the room and further frustratingly constantly waiting for service in the restaurant/bars.

Just had a fabulous week staying at The Royal Level Adults only. It’s on a larger complex with 2 other Barcelo hotels but the adults only part is just amazing. It’s very quiet compared to the rest of the resort but you are free to use the facilities there should you wish. We took the all inclusive package and it is by far the best drinks package we’ve had. All premium spirits are included and there was a huge amount of choice. The restaurant was a buffet style though at lunch you can choose from a menu and dinner had 2 additional grill items. Breakfast had a lot of choice as did lunch but the dinner offerings weren’t at the same standard which was a shame. That said the food was cooked well and was tasty. We tried the Brazilian restaurant one evening which was good and also tried La Mar Salada which wasn’t that great. The pool area has plenty of loungers and shade and the pool was lovely. There are daily activities to get involved in should you wish. The spa and tennis/ padel courts/ mini golf are only a short walk away and as we had free use of these we used them a couple of times. I paid for a reformer Pilates class which was good and the instructor really friendly! Our room was lovely. Very spacious and clean with an enormous balcony. It was situated by the road but wasn’t noisy at all and only a few minutes walk away from the pool and restaurant. Water and coffee pods were replenished daily and we got chocolates delivered every evening which was a lovely touch. Staff were all really friendly and I think one of the hotels greatest assets. They worked really hard to make sure all guests were looked after and a couple of them remembered what we wanted to drink in the evening without us having to ask! The entertainment in the bar each evening was good and an enjoyable way to spend the evening. We will definitely be back!

You simply can’t fault this. Well worth the extra money. We will definitely be back.
