Booked this hotel through On the Beach back in August 2025, all inclusive for 1 week and a balcony room. We were informed today through the agent that the hotel can no longer honour our booking, due to an overbooking issue. We are meant to leave for our holiday in less than 48 hours. Alternative accommodation was provided however it is not to the same standard and not adults only. The only other adults only was nearly 1 hour away. This is extremely frustrating that the hotel allowed an overbooking issue to effect a booking which was made over a year ago, on such short notice.

The hotel was just ok - it was clean and rooms were adequate. The atmosphere lacked - it was missing something , music was not played often around the pool, no water aerobics or pool games , somedays there was a lack of sun-beds as well. The food was average and the restaurant was too hot with no air con on. The evening entertainment was dull and most nights we had to go out as it was so boring. The pool bar had no real Food just pre made snack that were not nice. The all inclusive option fell below standards of a 4 star hotel - drinks were watered down and the having to give room number all the form became annoying. The hotel felt very much like a 3 star at best and left us feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. The air con in the room was very weak and the room Was often hot and stuffy. Despite everything if you’re looking for a very quite hotel with no atmosphere and don’t want to leave the hotel it may suit you.

Brilliant holiday Said made our stay filled with lots fun activities every day the hotel was lovely staff all brilliant the rooms were cleaned spotless everyday food was delicious staff were there for anything you needed.

Had an amazing holiday- the hotel and rooms were so clean and spotless. the staff where incredible. Everyone was friendly- i give my biggest mention to the amazing Entertainer Said as he was amazing encouraging us to join in every activity- so funny and amazing personality. Atmosphere was lovely and other guests were lovely to meet. So quite and in such a lovely location. Really good value for that you get will most certainly be returning. Such a quiet hotel but lovely and chilled.

Hotel Ereza Mar - Informații

Hotelul este situat pe o mică faleză, chiar pe malul oceanului. Ereza Mar este o unitate situată în apropierea plajei cu nisip El Castillo și la doar 300 m de centrul plin de viață al stațiunii Caleta de Fuste. În incinta complexului se află 2 piscine în aer liber și o terasă pentru plajă, ideală pentru relaxarea în vacanță. Cei care doresc se pot relaxa și în jacuzzi-ul din zona spa. Aproape toate camerele duble și suitele junior au vedere la ocean. Hotelul este destinat adulților (16+).
