Hotel Riu Palace Jandia

We stayed at the Riu Palace Jandia between 3rd October and 14th October 2026 and the experience was amazing. We booked a sea view room with Tui but before leaving I sent an email with a photo to the hotel reception showing our preferred room location. When we arrived we found we had been allocated room 4113 which was perfect. The reception manager had arranged this so I must say thank you. For us the whole experience as perfect. The hotel location is right on the most beautiful beach, and is very quiet at night. Our room was spotlessly clean and the views were perfect. The buffet restaurant could not have been better. The food was of the highest quality with a wide selection on offer. The staff in the restaurant are extremely friendly and helpful. After each evening meal we spent a short time at the pool bar having a drink and watching the entertainment, thoroughly enjoyable. The staff at the bar even remembered our favourate drinks and received us with a welcome smile each evening. On departure day we were being collected at 4pm so we stayed by the pool until 3pm and used the courtesy room to get showered and changed. Very helpful. The Riu Palace Jandia has set the benchmark for our future holidays and we will certainly be back.

First time back after the refurbishment and it is even better than before. Lovely hotel, beach, guests, and staff absolutely top notch.

Many thanks companeros for fantastic stay in Riu Palace Jandia.We came back after 2025 visit, loved it so much last year.Coming back felt like we are part of Riu Family, we even stayed in the same room, 3210, many thanks for that.We did see some guests from last year .Amazing views from the terrace/pool, sangria champagne tastes so good /service 10 out of 10, very good food ,breakfast as well as dinner, Beautiful beach next to the hotel. Salute to Belgium couple/vino bianco and Germans families too. Evening entertainment, it is a good fun, all the staff is fantastic, many thanks again Ben, Nadine, Monica,Jaziel ,apologies for not remembering all the names, sure thing we will see you again ,hasta luego.

We have somehow become 70 year olds. We have been staying at this hotel quite regularly over the past 12 years or so. In that time it has stayed civilised, spotlessly clean and has superb food, with an epic breakfast and evening buffet. Since it was refurbished a few years ago it has become really top class. We particularly enjoy the pool area which is well designed with clever sunshades and tropical planting. The pool is saltwater (which improves my swimming!) at a temperature of 28deg, the same as the sea and a perfect temperature to just walk in and cool down. There are always sun beds available. There is stage entertainment every evening at least in the summer. We always pay for a sea view - the rooms and balcony feel like one is staying on a cruise ship. The bathrooms are well sized with very large shower enclosures. There are views of the beautiful beach which extends for miles. The town of Morro Jable is a 10 minute walk away along a traffic free promenade adjacent to the beach.

Excellent hotel and the service from the staff was excellent. The family had a great time enjoying the sun!
