Occidental Jandia Royal Level

It was lovely! And thanks to Daniel we had an amazing experience! Thank you Dani. Ese chico es....top! Cheers!

What a lovely stay, the staff were warm and welcoming from the outset with everything explained to me by the guest services team who were really helpful throughout. The food was good quality and there was a lot of it with the waiting staff attentive to your needs. A special mention to Verde Bar with their cocktail menu and lovely staff, there were also good performers of varied styles throughout my stay to entertain the guests of an evening. The pool area was clean and the pool very inviting. Just a wonderful, relaxing stay.

The bar service, menu and new additions are fab in the Bar Verde. The gents suggest drinks and improvements. The Atlantico restaurant is superb, the staff serving drinks seem sparse this year but they don’t stop and the food is excellent-so much so that we only eat once in the à la carte. The rooms are dated but spotless with comfy beds and good bedding.

Had another wonderful stay at this hotel. Stayed in Royal Level section again, Room, food and especially the staff were superb, particularly Sabri in the restaurant and Daniel over in the a la carte sections. Marianna was so helpful too before we arrived, and I have to say the overall customer service was exceptional. We will definitely be back, thankyou x

We had such a great stay and really enjoyed everything. The food was delicious with loads of variety, and if you’re a meat eater, you definitely won’t be going hungry! The drinks were also genuinely really good for an all inclusive. Everything I tried in the Royal Level area was tasty and felt much more premium than your typical all inclusive. The service was exceptional. A special shout out to Roberta on reception, Daniel in the restaurant and the whole team at Bar Verde. They were all brilliant. In fact, every member of the Royal Level team we came across was so friendly, happy and always willing to help. It makes such a difference! My only tiny negative would be the gym. As it’s part of the main hotel rather than exclusive to Royal Level, there were sometimes kids floating around, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to get a workout done. To be fair, I just ignored them and got on with it, and on one occasion security did step in. And really… how many people are choosing to spend their holiday in the gym anyway?! 😂 I realise I may be the problem here! Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Great food, great drinks, exceptional service and such a friendly team. We’d absolutely recommend Royal Level. ❤️
