TUI MAGIC LIFE Fuerteventura

Our 3rd trip to this hotel. I still can't fault it. The food, the drinks, the facilities, the staff, the entertainment all get 5 stars from us. Special shout outs go to tennis coach, Diogo. Our lovely lady who cleaned our room Silvena. Bar staff David and Guillermo. Guest services, Mary and Marton deserve a shout out too. We will definitely return.

Truly Amazing location with glorious beach walks left and right on the beach. Wonderful sea view rooms are well worth it. Friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel, with an exceptional guest services department who couldn’t have done anymore to make sure we were happy and well looked after. Special thanks to Mary-Anne and Marton, who went above and beyond in delivering the best customer care I have ever experienced at a hotel. We will deffo return without a shadow of a doubt . There is so much to do including archery, tennis, 3 lots of cycling and spin classes to name just a few! Can’t wait to go back. Thank you TUI Magic Life, you certainly lived up to your name.

Second time this year and can not wait to come back!

Location, in the middle of nowhere with just a few hotels nearby Atmosphere, child friendly but not adult friendly. Staff very nice. Rooms, nice size, good size balcony. Walk in shower was god. Beds a bit hard. No kettle in the room but when we asked at reception we were given one. Value, we personally were not impressed with the drinks and chose to purchase the premium ones each evening. Having said that, they were very reasonably priced. The food in the restaurant was average, at best. The speciality restaurants were far better. Cleanliness , everywhere was very clean Noise level, no issues The main restaurant, cavernous and very noisy, resembling a large cafeteria. It was not a pleasant experience. Sunbeds, lots of sunbeds so never had a problem. The pool was cold do we didn't use it Customer services, the guest services guy was very good and a credit to the hotel Overall it was acceptable but we would not return

Room ok any door that is closed makes the building shake. Lifts look like they are going to break down looking very old and well used. As a naturast I feel like a second class citizen been made to wait outside in a queue for an hour and half before being let in and Scrabble in for a sunbed to find a lot of them broken. Area small and not cleaned from last use. The food that should be hot is warm at best and refilled when they felt like it. I brought 6 friends and all disappointed I will not return to this place. Also workman buggies all over the place. Management Don't care. Don't waste your money going elsewhere.
