Apartamentos LIVVO Coloradamar

Just returned from a 13 night stay at Coloradamar. Utter peace and tranquility away from all the chaos of our usual chosen All Inc holidays. Stayed in bungalow 4, and can honestly say we didn’t see another guest pass our apartment for the whole stay. View was lovely with view of the sea in the distance. Grounds were immaculate. Walking no issue for us, so we enjoyed the 20 min walk to the Marina - 40 min walk into Playa Blanca - but even better was having the no.30 bus stop every minutes outside the hotel - Ideal for any lazy evenings back to Marina/town - it was just perfect for only €1.30, especially on days where we had walked the 10 mile round coastal walk to the lighthouse and back. The fact we hardly needed to use reception says it all, and any time we did - cannot praise the staff and service high enough going out of their way to help. Apartments extremely spacious- felt more like staying in a villa. Whilst not particularly modern - who needs modern when you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cleaners in 5 days a week to change towels etc. Didn’t use the apartment much for cooking as we deliberately booked self catering for dining out experience with plenty of restaurants in Playa Blanca. Supermarket 5 min walk away (albeit quite expensive) along with a couple of lovely restaurants which we used on a few evenings. Will 100% stay here again.

Lovely peaceful apartments. We went in July and it was quiet which we like. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a bus stop out the front takes you into town for about €1.40. Spotlessly clean and plenty of space for family of 3 or 4. We will be back.

Stayed here last year for a cheeky week me and the hubby, returned this year with the 19 year old in tow... Great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Whilst the pool area is quiet (there haven't times when there have literally been just us 3!) It's perfect for chilling out.. if you want some loud music put your headphones in...alternatively lay back and enjoy the peace n quiet. We had apartment 30 which comes with a designated ball bed at the pool - a great room for literally just nipping in and oit of whilst round the pool. Cleaning 5 out of 7 and whilst reception is only open 9 til 3 the staff are super helpful. The tennis courts are worth a go too! Supermarket is 2 mins away, at least 3 lovely restaurants within 2 mins walk and less tha n €5 in a taxi down to the marina or 30 min walk.

My wife and I stayed for 9 nights and had a lovely relaxing break. We stayed in the Deluxe apartment with a sea view (room 21). The apartments are very spacious and the terrace is the best we've ever had. A sea view is a bit of a stretch, you can see the sea but barely! We found the beds comfortable enough and the shower are excellent. All the staff on reception are very helpful and friendly and the cleaners also do a great job and were very nice. The whole complex is very quiet and peaceful and there was never a problem getting sunbeds around the pool. There is a gym which was also good but it was very hot in there even with the fans on! There was also a library on site that my wife loved! A 2 minute walk from the complex you'll find a supermarket (a bit on the expensive side) and a couple of bars/restaurants. We were a little disappointed with the choice there. The Marina is around a 20 minute walk, which is a beautiful walk. It can take around 40 mins into Playa Blanca. There is the #30 bus right outside the complex that is very cheap and takes you into Playa Blanca. A taxi is around €7. Overall the apartment was everything we had hoped for. The only issue we had is the distance to Playa Blanca but as I said there is ways to get there and back but next time we'd probably look for something more central.

We arrived with no issues from the airport and jumped into a taxi straight away. The check in process was easy, provided with a code for our apartment and had the contact details of the staff if assistance was required. The apartment was beautiful, two large double bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms and a lounge area. The apartment was cleaned regularly and new towels provided. The outside of the apartment was very spacious with outside seating and to top it off a jacuzzi and BBQ. The pool area was clean and tidy, the pool offered large pool, toddler took and jacuzzi. Most days there wasn't anyone in the pool and you don't have sun bed wars which is a plus! There is no bar or restaurant on site, we just grabbed essentials from the local shop and took drinks down to the pool in a cool bag. You can call for a taxi to get around or jump on the number 30 bus. You can walk 5 minutes down the road where you will find your nearest hyperdino store, restaurants and bars. If you walk 10 minutes in the other direction you will come across an Indian. We did walk to the marina on two occasions but it was far with two children, we caught a taxi back. The marina market runs on a Wednesday and Saturday. We visited flemimgo beach which was our favourite beach within the area. I would definitely stay again, especially for a relaxing holiday.
