Barceló Playa Blanca Royal Level

Beautiful hotel!! We stayed in a swim up room in RL and it was fab, the water was heated which was amazing. The food was good, breakfast had a good selection and the lunch was the best meal of the day, dinner wasn’t great in the magical restaurant but the Atlantic restaurant had better choice. We were AI and the choice of drinks was excellent. The staff were so nice they could not do enough for you. I’d find it very hard to find fault with this hotel, it was spotless, the only thing was the odd time you could smell sewage in the room mainly around the shower area but the room was spotless so obviously the problem is with the drains nothing to do with cleanliness. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and hope to do so in the very near future, would 100% recommend

Love this place staff are brilliant we have stayed at 5 star hotels that were not as nice as this one

in this hotel everything is complete 100 % fits and the staff is happy that you choose their hotel , the royal level is ROYAL and adults only is the garantee for a superbe stay

3rd visit to this Hotel absolutely loved it, had a great time and met some lovely people. The hotel itself is immaculate, very clean, rooms are amazing. The food as always was very good especially lunch. The staff all over the hotel are very pleasant and always helpful. The magical restaurant staff were excellent especially Jessica and Paul but to be fair they all worked extremely hard. Would recommend this hotel without question.

I can't praise this hotel enough. We have just spent 8 nights here, this was our 5th time and it was perfect from start to end. The whole hotel is immaculate and the staff can't do enough for you and I mean all of the staff, from front of house to ground staff and cleaners, etc they are all brilliant. Jack in customer services, Laura and Fatima on reception, David and the lovely lady at the pool bar (sorry I don't know her name), the restaurant staff and Gabby in the main buffet, sorry I don't have any other names but you are all brilliant and your managers should be so proud of all of you. It is so lovely to see the grounds and trees established now too it looks really pretty. The rooms are beautiful. We had one on the side where there is building work going on at the moment, but who spends all day in the room or on the balcony anyway and even when we did (we slept with the patio door open) the noise really wasn't that bad. Do not listen to any negative comments about this hotel it is fabulous. The location is also perfect, near to the beach and near the beautiful marina.
