ADRIAN Hotels Jardines de Nivaria

We come back to this hotel year after year. Would fully recommend. We stayed in one of their Presidential suites - the room itself had been very recently refurbished/modernised and was very comfortable. Lovely views across the sea from the large balcony. Everything was as good as usual - the pool (never any issues with sunbed availability) the breakfast (wide range of options), the attractive grounds (clean and well maintained) and of course the friendly and polite staff. The area around the hotel along the beachfront to the left is quite busy with bars and restaurants (which does mean there are lots of choices for places to eat in the evening) but the hotel itself is very quiet and relaxing. Also if you turn right along the beach from the hotel, it is quieter and the walk to La Caleta is very nice (about 40 mins stroll each way) Was pleased to see that there had been a few welcome upgrades to the gym this year as well, which has been my only area of slight criticism in the past. We look forward to our next stay.

This is our second time at this hotel we previously stayed in 2022. We love the location, heated pool, the comfort of the sunbeds and that there is never a problem finding one, the breakfast, Tiffany bar and the rooms. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the lack of cocktail choice at the pool bar, they only have a handful of frozen cocktails available there. After 5pm Tiffany bar opens, I had to walk over to Tiffany bar to get a drink and take it back to pool bar. Even the staff in the Tiffany bar couldn’t understand why the pool bar wouldn’t make my drink (Hugo Spritz) when they knew they had all the ingredients. Our previous visit in 2022 cocktails were available at the pool bar, I can’t understand why they have changed this. This of course is not something that would put me off coming back to the hotel, but something to be mindful of if a cocktail during the day is important to you as there is only frozen ones available at the pool and Tiffany bar doesn’t open until 5pm.

We never return to a hotel or resort as like a change but this was our fourth trip there over the last 15 years. Positives - no rush for sun loungers. No reserving and they enforce it. Amazing and can have a nice leisurely breakfast - the breakfast options are HUGE. There will be something for everyone. It has to be seen to be believed. So much choice - the pool area is large and a very peaceful and serene vibe - rooms are so well maintained and housekeeping do a great job - the location is ideal with a private exit to the beach Negatives - that we had to come home…

Fantastic stay, highly recommend! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of options. We will definitely come back!

Fourth time of coming here and still an amazing hotel. Stunning art deco bar/ entrance with beautiful pool setting with loads of sun beds. Fantastic breakfast and great service. Top location as well.
