We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Tenerife and can honestly say this hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Every area we visited was spotless and clearly very well maintained. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and found the facilities excellent. The minibar in the room was restocked daily, and there was a chilled water refill station conveniently located in the hallway. Our room was one of the highlights of the stay. The layout was particularly clever, with an entrance hall separating the bedroom from the corridor. Combined with the excellent soundproofing, we were never disturbed by guests coming and going from their rooms. Our room was located above the main restaurant, yet with the balcony doors closed we couldn't hear any noise at all. The balcony itself was a great size, complete with two sun loungers and a table, making it a lovely place to relax. Although there are two speciality restaurants available to book through the app after check-in, the Italian restaurant was fully booked throughout our stay. Initially this was a little disappointing, but after experiencing the buffet restaurant, we really didn't mind. The food was outstanding. The buffet offered an impressive variety at every meal, with dishes constantly replenished. I genuinely don't think I saw a single empty serving dish during the entire week. There was always a fantastic selection of salads, fresh fruit and desserts, and allergen information was clearly displayed on every dish. Our favourite evening was the Mexican-themed night, while lunch favourites included the grilled fish and paella. The grill stations were particularly impressive, allowing you to choose your preferred meat or fish and have it cooked exactly to your liking. One point worth noting for anyone considering the all-inclusive package is that it isn't quite "fully" all-inclusive. Certain drinks and menu items at the bars and restaurants carry a supplement, so it's worth checking the menus if this is important to you. The included wine selection is fairly basic. During our stay, we spent most of our time at the pool near the bar. The pool is heated, which meant we could enjoy long swims even in October. The towel system was also very organised, with guests using a card to collect one lounger towel and one swimming towel per person each day. Overall, this was a wonderful holiday in a truly fantastic hotel. Great food, excellent facilities, exceptionally clean throughout, and plenty of thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended! 🌟

My wallet was taken from our room on the 5th floor. Both the room door and the balcony door were locked. I went to the reception to ask help I explained the situation. The employee asked, rather bluntly, "Don't you use the safe?" Yes, we do use it—but if I leave my wallet out of the safe for a brief moment in a 5-star hotel, inside a room on the fifth floor with both doors locked, having it stolen is not something I should have had to anticipate or accept. The employee said they would inform their supervisor that the wallet had been taken from our room and that they would get back to me. No one ever got back to me.

Great hotel with excellent facilities Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is kept immaculately clean. Good and varied selection of food every day . Very good evening entertainment. However, let down by far too many children, many of whom have no idea how to behave, running around the bar areas screaming and shouting every evening and more than onfe seen using their hands rather than the tongs and serving implements to help themselves to food at the buffet Lovely hotel, but won't return unless it becomes adults only

This was our first visit to this hotel since 2017. We were pleasantly surprised, all the staff we interacted were superb. The pools no longer seem to have towels being put on beds at 5am. The restaurant staff went well beyond what we would expect. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will absolutely come back sooner.

Fabulous weeks stay at this beautiful hotel , made even more special by the friendly attentive staff . special mention goes to the senior manager in the bar camillo who was super friendly and so very helpful . The rooms are spacious clean and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay . Mini bar stocked daily and free bottle of prosecco’s on arrival . Beach towels provided every day . The food was plentiful and something for everyone’s taste . Few things that could be improved supervision of children in the restaraunt little hands in lots of the dishes !!! Rules around the pool clearer especially children on the outdoor jacuzzi . All inclusive not able to eat lunch at the pool bar ?? I could not work that one out as to why ? I would highly recommend this hotel for the facilities the food and the friendly staff despite a few strange rules being at play .
