Alua Atlantico Golf Resort

Fantastic hotel, with amazing, friendly staff. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite. Some of the furniture was a little tired, but the view was fantastic, and given how long you actually spend in the room, the state of the furniture isn't that important...it did what it was designed to do. Terra restaurant was brilliant. Food was plentiful regardless of whether you arrived at the beginning or the end of service, and you will always find something on the menu that is to your taste. Grounds are cleaned throughout the day. All the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. There is a good selection of snaks at the Fresco Bar, including small sub rolls, hot dogs (my favourite), and cheeseburgers. The pool areas have plenty of loungers, and you can usually find one at 9am onwards, which isn't usual in other hotels, and towels can be removed by staff after half an hour. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved the location of this hotel as I wanted to get away from my busy life for a few day. Let’s start with the positives, room was spacious and clean, the animation team were tip top and very friendly. The hotel was lovely with no running for sun beds in the early hours! Night time entertainment was great especially the festival night. Let’s do the oops you need to brush up on these points. I was not a fan of the food, there was a lots of processed food and could be very repetitive, I ate out two nights as I was so hungry. The free bus to los Cristianos was a nice touch until the driver shouted aggressively at my daughter and I because he did not tell anyone it was the right bus so I asked, he said I was rude for not saying hi, he really went to town on me so much so we got an uber home £30, he absolutely ruined my day. Would I stay here again, unsure, the food would be a reason not to!

Just arrived back on 9th our 2nd time at this lovely hotel ,our room was block 1 and was spotless beds really comfy .All staff were very friendly and helpful, food there was always lots of choice meats,pastas, paella ,pizza, lots of fish,salmon, salads and lots of lovely cakes and delicious ice cream .The new token system works really well . Well done Alua atlantico 👏🏻👏🏻

Location was excellent. Atmosphere at hotel was lovely, rooms are very big and beds are comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with a lovely walk in shower. I could not find one single fault with this hotel. The staff were amazing and worked really hard. Hotel cleanliness was excellent always smelt lovely. Very good value for money, food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed in Block one which I think was the best block 😊 Block four is more for families. Check this hotel out it’s lovely. I would definitely return.

Lovely location easy access from the airport, but really quite area, some lovely walks along the front. Check in was quick and easy lovely welcome from Joel, pool area was nice plenty of Sun beds but u can't leave your towel there all day they will remove it, token system for drink works well, great idea. Pool was lovely but can be very slippery around it so be careful seen a few slip last week. Entertainment team work really hard nice and friendly. Pool bar was up the steps nice drink selection and cocktails were OK. Would of like a descent cup of coffee rather than the machine. We stayed in block one lots of entertainment was over in block 4, but was quite happy having a quite drink in the evening. The rooms were very spacious and lovely outside seating area. Food was plenty lots to choose from something there for everyone, coffee machines weren't upto much they weren't the best. Overall the hotel was spotless people cleaning all the time very friendly.
