Arona Gran & Spa

Well What a fantastic hotel!! My 3rd visit and going back in February. This hotel is adult only. All the staff are great, nothing too much trouble. The food is exceptional breakfast and evening meal. There is something for everyone regarded if you’re a fussy eater. Rooms are very clean and fantastic views. Highly recommend this hotel!! Great entertainment every evening.

This was our fifth consecutive year we have stayed at the Arona Gran. It was as special as the first time we stayed. All the staff are welcoming and lovely. Food choice and quality both at breakfast and dinner is excellent. Lovely quiet spot at the far end of the resort. Plenty of sunbeds for a relaxing day by the wonderful pools. Would be lovely if there was more space between each sunbed as it is a little cramped in some spots. Some of the parasols need replacing as can be quite stiff to put up. Trailing geraniums over the balconies makes a lovely sight on the outside of the hotel. This year our bathroom had a shower in the bath, whereas on all previous visits we had a walk on shower in our room which for us would be better. That said it didn't detract from our stay. Our room was comfortable and the cleanliness of that plus the hotel is excellent. We spoke to many people who like us return year after year, it just feels like coming home. The entertainment was outside for our first week and was a big plus as those lovely warm evenings enhance that experience. Each floor has a water replenishing station which is great . Would be good if they could put one somewhere in the bar near the swimming pool if possible. We will be returning next year for our 6th stay.

Can’t fault this hotel. The shared areas in particular are stunning. Staff are friendly and attentive. Good location, quiet and easy access to the promenade. Comfortable rooms. Ours had a fabulous view of the pool areas and of the sea. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Most other guests we spoke to had visited the hotel more than once before. We would definitely return.

So a big hotel 400 rooms Absolutely brilliant had a great time. Just for back we landed an hour early ! Clean good food good location On the whole staff great I would say they should invest in upgrading WiFi for out by pool. Dropped out a lot. That was annoying. But just saying ! Personally I thought the harbour was great but the restaurants are low quality Probably worth going to americanos. We ate in the hotel the last night and was great. Next time I will ensure I include in the package. We had a great relaxing time. And good to see if you put out your towel before dawn , the hotel staff bag up very nicely and take away. Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻. Thanks for making a great holiday. Lovely hotel and all good. I will be returning.

Great hotel. Great food. Lovely pool area. Comfy beds. Staff lovely especially Soto. Would really recommend.
