Food has one of the worst spreads iv ever seen, if you don’t like sea food then don’t bother even going down

I wanted to treat my boyfriend to what i thought was a 4 star hotel for his birthday but i wouldn't rate it 2 star. As a couple from Blackpool we might aswell have gone to certain 1 star hotels in our hometown.

Fantastic holiday can’t fault it great views friendly staff relaxed atmosphere really good. Lifts were infrequent but not really an issue. Clean rooms. Nice pool no one rushing for sun beds.

Room was clean buffet was ok hit or miss staff were ok but the biggest problem of this hotel is the lift 2 main lifts of this hotel gave not worked for 8 years so 1 main life i was on crutches put on floor 11 was stuck many times then the service lifts for staff were of lucky if they got 1 working the lift for going to diner or pool only 1 level to get up or down went of man was stuck in it i will never ever visite this hotel as the CEO of thus hotel new fine well about the lifts and has no intention of fixing them all about keeping the profite will the staff ate over worked and maintebance team worked really hard to try keep lifts going do not go if your disabled

Ours was a pricey holiday choosing to upgrade to a suite for 14 nights at an extra €700 on top of £1,700 for our TUI H/B holiday. The suites are the quietest or so we thought. Night 12, past midnight a lot of banging from next door. Night 13, while I slept my Husband was awake with half an hour of banging from next door at 12.30. At 1am we were harassed by the internal phone ringing, waking me up. My Husband called Reception " did you call"? He said No. The chances of probability that our neighbours noise and our room phone ringing were from the same mischievous person is very high. It began stress, anxiety and ruined our holiday that I'm beginning now st home to recover from. The male receptionist was not kind, helpful or decent to us. We had to call TUI emergency line at 2am who then rang the receptionist. There is no security in the hotel, the receptionist cannot leave the desk through the night and the hotel staff turned on my Husband & I. This was our 5th visit in 2 years. We won't ever go back, ever. It was traumatising the nights sleep lost, it turns out there was a child next door, probably messing around noise, ringing us, but that's perfectly ok in the eyes of Night Reception. I rang TUI emergency as I wanted to fly home early. Our phone ringing at 1am also was very very disturbing. My mind was so wound up and we both felt ill that day through lack of sleep. Earlier in the day a drone came up to the 12th floor where we were sunbathing it tilted towards us and was filming. I looked down to see a man controlling the drone on the sun patio below. All in all losing a nights rest, people lying ( the room next door ) it wasn't us 🙄 were believed and the hotel turned on us. The noise definetly came from next to our bed, you CANNOT hear below. The Manager rolled her eyes at my Husband in the morning attempting to discuss the nights events. Loyalty by returning 5 times means nothing. My worst time on holiday ever. So be warned if you encounter a problem theyll hold it against you especially if your British.
