Best Jacaranda

It was very fun, the food was good and i loved the animation was top. I really enjoyed doing all the activities with the people from Alpitour❤️

We have been at this hotel for 3 days now , the entertainment team are fantastic l. We’ve come as a family of 7 it has something for everyone . We played a game with the internacional team , modicum and Alpitour

just arrived home after staying here for 11 nights. I was disappointed with this hotel. firstly this is a lovely size hotel and location is brilliant but it lacks alot . I only came across one friendly member of staff in the brassrie who was absolutely brilliant, But the rest are all miserable and not friendly you feel like a hindrance to them . Room cleaning is far the worst i have ever had , The rooms are dirty and your daily clean consists of making your bed and towel change if needed floors are dirty and never cleaned . Shower basically sprinkles all over bathroom and no fan do like a steam room for and hour after no window either. Noisy air on. Food if awful like slopps and theme nights anything goes. Kids running wild in entertainment lounge makes it feel like a zoo ( I mean i took 2 kids but wouldn't let this happen. And to top it off my daughter noticed poo in swimming pool we reported it the basically scoped it out and didn't evacuate people or clean nothing. And you wonder why people get sick on holiday.

A very easy stay with an excellent animation team for the children and staff very helpful. Hotel is close to the beach, shopping and bus routes to take you any where on the island. Reception staff were very helpful in sorting an emergency dentist for me. (Sorry forget her name) Rooms had enough space for a family of 4, pools and surroundings very clean and tidy. Mini Disco and evening entertainment were excellent. Food was varied and of good quality. Overall happy with what we paid for a week here and our second visit.

Animation team were great with the children. Mini club is a lovely addition for younger children. Lots of variety of shows on the evening.
