We spent 12 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately there were lots of kids as it was school holidays. But fortunately the hotel has an adults only roof top solarium with two plunge pools and bar. The atmosphere on the roof is friendly and chatty with back ground music.

Was very disappointed in this hotel, room had little black insects and cockroaches spoke to reception and they said they would deep clean the next day The food was disgusting very bland had no flavour The hotel pool is covered in shade only a certain part in the sun which was always full would not return and definitely is not a 4 star hotel would even say 2 is pushing it

Spent a week here in room 139. Location was great, a short walk down a steep hill to the sea front, bars and supermarket etc just across the road. Hotel was the noisiest one we've stayed at. We were above the front of the hotel above the outside bar. Its open til 1am Parents were allowing their children to run riot including kicking the vending machines. Lots of people screaming at each other late at night smelling of weed. The cleaners start scraping/dragging all of the tables and chairs below us from 7.30am so no lay ins for us. Our room was cleaned daily, to a good standard, the choice of food in restaurant was fine for us. We enjoyed the food.Hotel charges over €2 for a small bottle of water in restaurant which i thought was a bit much. The waiting staff take your plates before we had finished. This happened several times in the bar too with drinks. Entertainment was good, a choice of two every night. We found all the staff apart from on the reception desk quite unfriendly and miserable. We enjoyed the adults on sunbathing on the fifth floor, was very relaxing. Beware if you bag a sunbed around the lovely pool on the ground floor as the pool man will remove your towels if you are not with them. People were sat in the dark on sunbeds at 7am, afraid of not getting one! Our view from room was a scruffy broken roof. This hotel is definitely not a four star and disappointing although I do know its due for a refurbishment.

There’s lots to like about this hotel but there are a few things that could make it even better. Food is really good as are the drinks and the whole place is spotless. We really enjoyed the entertainment out the front of the hotel. It is a little tired looking though and could do with an upgrade. The adult only tools also looks a bit tired. That being said we have had a fantastic time and the pros outweighed the cons

The hotel is in a good location near El Duce and Adaje. Spotlessly clean. In the morning it seems like an army of cleaners descend to ensure the hotel is perfect for another day. ALL the staff must have excellent training, no one passes a table with empty glasses on them or plates in the dining room. The tables everywhere are meticulously wiped down, settings replaced immediately in the dining room. They are all aware when service is required and deliver. Rooms need a little updating, but I believe they are in the process of doing this, however beds are comfortable, as are the pillows and the maid service is excellent. Breakfast lunch and dinner are well organised, however the only reason I did not give the hotel a 5 rating, is because the food choice and quality was very hit and miss. We had some nice meals, ok meals and some not so good. The amenities are very good, the roof top terrace area is amazing, especially if you want a relaxing day. Two nice pool areas where you expect it to be noisier, one with an adjacent football/basketball pitch and rope slide swings etc, which is great if you have a young family with you. The design of the hotel means that parts of the main pool areas where in shade for part of the day, so jockeying for prime spot takes place as in most hotels Overall a very pleasant stay
