Not a guiet hotel , loud music every night , limited sun around pool , lots of sunbeds around pool but all in shade . Roof sun area nice but if you suffer from heights not great ! Rooms cleaned sporadically even when requested . Staff ok , food good selection but on the cold side . Disappointing overall

This was my first team here alone, but it was still a fantastic holiday. The animation team are the bast I’ve ever seen. Meeting up again with Alex, Yaiza, Sergio and Cristoball was brilliant. Equally great was meeting Giulia and Adele for the first time. They really are like my Tenerife family. The waiting staff were at their usual best. Rachel and Will were my favourites this time. So friendly and helpful. Raoul at the pool is a gentleman too. Excellent food and entertainment. This place never fails to deliver.

Stayed here for 5 nights as a family of 6, with two kids aged 9 and 15, we had two rooms, and yes the rooms do need updating, as looking old, but when you ask they are cleaned daily. There is a lot for the kids to do, and the animation team were fab! We stayed over Halloween and all the decorations were brilliant! The toilets in the public areas could have been kept a-little cleaner (like replacing toilet rolls and ensuring bleach is used). Food was good, we were staying half board, and had breakfast and evening meal - and we all had something different each night. The location is really good, lots of shops right next to the hotel. Sunbeds are reserved but the hotel were really trying to stop people doing this. There was always a sunbed available, but half the pool in the main area stays in the shade. All the staff were friendly too. We had a lovely break, as we were lucky with the weather as well. The only thing I would probably have to moan about (which I hate) was that our room was near where they emptied the bins below, and for some reason the bin trucks would be coming at around 3am, and it was NOISY!! In understand bins need emptying, just not sure why it was it so early in the morning?? Apart from that, we had a lovely break.

Here again, been so many times. Someone wrote nothing for kids so just some examples attached. Kids hour every evening with Entertainment staff as well as seperate play area for ball games, swings and zip wire. Brilliant for kids

Would give it a zero if it allowed me. Firstly • food is repetitive and quite frankly appalling for a 4* • 6 out of 8 of us had vomiting and diarrhoea by day 3 • hotel allow people to smoke weed around the pool so it reeks all day and night •the families this hotel attract are feral and scruffy •pool area not cleaned •rude staff •nothing for the children to do •pool shaded most of the day • sunbed wars from 5am •tables not cleaned •no clean towels despite asking three times! NEVER AGAIN
