Lovely hotel & rooms but evening meal let it down, the food was terrible and when empty dishes were not filled up causing people to queue , I waited 15 mins for a dish to be put out then left it due to being inedible, not a good selection for children , breakfast was good, the pool restaurant one waiter in particular was very rude when we asked for a menu and told us in an angry tone to use the code on the table to order we have never used those before so didn't know what to do . Not enough sunloungers , people saving them early morning and not using them till late afternoon, we reported the evening meals to management who said it will take time to put right , but in the meantime are happy to keep serving customers rubbish food , i had pork one night and it was raw when i cut into it , we ate out several nights at more expense to us as were more families , the holiday cost a lot of money and to then be served with food that was not nice is inexcusable, will not return to this hotel

A five star AI holiday!!! Location This was perfect for us, easy enough for us to get out for a little explore of nearby shops, bars, etc. without being in the thick of it. Albeit we didn’t venture out much as the hotel was so good. Hotel/Rooms The pictures of the recent renovation work don’t do the place justice. It’s super nice and our room was gorgeous, we couldn’t have asked for more. Every part of the hotel was immaculately clean & has been decorated to a high standard. Food/Drink The buffet was great, whether you an adventurous eater or not, eating healthy or indulging, there was something for everyone. They have themes for dinner each evening but if that’s not your thing, lots of other options. We were spoilt for choice & we’re particularly missing the breakfast pastries and evening desserts now we’re home. A great selection of snacks & meals available at the pool bar, plenty of choice for AI, and reasonable prices if only staying B&B. A great selection of all inclusive drinks, best menu I’ve seen at a AI. numerous premium gins included, as an example. I’ve seen a few comments complaining about some drinks not being included, which is standard in any 5 star hotel I’ve been in. The non inclusive drinks were very reasonable too. We mainly used the main bar & pool bar (day) but a lovely little adult only rooftop bar too open in the evening, that was really peaceful. The main bar had entertainment every night and while not really our thing, the quality of the acts were very good. Staff All of the staff we interacted with were lovely and polite, and couldn’t have been more helpful. Overall great value for money. A perfect holiday, we will definitely be coming back!

Just back from a week all inclusive. Can not fault this hotel at all. Stunning inside and out. Very local to shops and restaurants. Staff were all amazing helped us celebrate my daughters 16th. Immaculately kept. We stayed in a suite with stunning views. Fresh towels and room cleaned every day. Food was delicious always something for our family. Always something happening around the pool or activities to get involved in. Can not wait to return in 2027.

Absolutely Fantastic hotel with the WOW factor as soon as you pull up. Set in a lovely part of Adeje and not far from clean beaches, bars, restaurants and high end boutiques. Also not far from the entertainment areas where you'll find bars and entertainment aplenty. The hotel itself has just about everything you need on holiday. Pools at the front plus a mini water park at the rear for children. The staff are so helpful too. Our only gripe is the sound system on the stage isn't all that good.

Advertised, booked and paid for as a 5* hotel and we treat ourselves to all inclusive for our wedding anniversary. Sometimes we just don’t want to go down for dinner and would prefer to read our books in the comfort of our room with room service. Room yes service no!! We were somewhat stunned when we found out that we had to pay extra for this “service” even though we were all inclusive. We decided to pass on that one which is probably just as well because it took three phone calls to “room service” and reception and a two hour plus wait just to get the milk, tea & coffee replenished in our room even when you would normally expect it to be done automatically when the room was cleaned. If we had ordered food then I suspect dinner may have ended up as breakfast ! On a positive note, whilst the service is questionable the hotel itself is spotless which is a big plus. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The pools are beautiful . This hotel, despite its several faults, is worth visiting but do go with the idea of a 4*. 5 star luxury - unfortunately not
