GF Isabel

This was our second visit, out in early July this year, though a smaller crew this time — just the 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids — after our first stay with the big group. Honestly, it was even better second time round. They got us our favourite rooms again, which meant a lot — shows they actually listen and remember their guests, not just process you through. Steak was on the menu most nights and we made the most of it every time. The food overall was amazing, and the staff were just as good, always friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bar staff in particular were great — quick, efficient, and always up for a chat. The pools were excellent, plenty of sun loungers about so no messing around trying to grab one, and there were ample towels left in the room too, which made things handy. Housekeeping deserve a special mention — the room was cleaned to a high standard every single day, spotless the whole week. You could tell the difference straight away compared to other places we’ve stayed. Entertainment was enjoyable as well, kept everyone happy without being over the top. We’ve already booked to come back next year, June 2027, with a bigger crowd this time — which will be our third visit, something we’ve genuinely never done before at any hotel. I’ll be emailing on to see if we can get the same rooms again, fingers crossed they sort us out. Can’t recommend GF Isabel highly enough.

On arrival reception staff were very rude and after a while of checking in and we got to check out the hotel, lots of renovation work going on which we could hear in the rooms and affected the hallways so we did keep getting lost. The 10am sunbed wars seemed impossible to get a bed around the main pool but we came across a 3rd pool which was perfect for the children and our big family as it was surrounded by activities. Service at nighttimes was consistent very friendly staff, entertainment was different every night some good shows for all ages! The food in the restaurant was amazing, different themes every night we had a group of us, some fussy, who also loved the food so that was our favourite part! Location- so close to the beach and shops also siam park! Probably wouldnt return for the price we paid!

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and we love it. We even requested a particular bungalow to stay in and they happily provided us with it. Rooms are cleaned daily, friendly staff and plenty of food to choose from both breakfast and evening meal. If there is any gripe then it’s having plates taken away whilst the other person is eating at the table. Oh and there isn’t as many cats around, which my wife found disappointing 😉

Great location. Fantastic food and entertainment for kids. Great private apartment, very close to the pool. This made for an easy holiday. We loved the shopping centres close by which had a range of designer shops as well as local , affordable stores which had a lovely range of clothes and gifts. We'll definitely be back here!

This is a huge hotel resort in more quiet part of Costa Adeje on the south side of Tenerife. The hotel is very big, mainly consisting of apartments equipted with kitchen, living room area, bedroom and bathroom. There is a large pool in the center of the hotel, smaller pool tucked away, several restaurants, bars and shops. Wifi works ok, but tends to disconnect at times. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars in the area.
