Hard Rock Tenerife

Very nice hotel. Staff are great especially our server Ovanny.

My review is for Vittorio. He greets all the guests with a smile every day. He is well organised fast and efficient. I have seen him help to organise younger inexperienced people. His customer service is excellent. He is a good reflection of what a good customer experience should be. A BIG THANK YOU Hazel and George Peverley
