Gueton was fabulous with the drinks

Very clean. Food was decent. Pool at beach club was nice, didn’t use Eden pool or kids pool but they where tiny when I walked past. Would have been better if staff had given more information like where the buffet was & a list of costs for drinks. Had to ask for QR code for discount parking, this should be offered automatically. Very difficult to figure out the parking, it was not clear where the staff parking was and no signage for where the ticket machine was. There should be instructions on the confirmation email to tell you to go to guest services on arrival. Lots of lockers pool side which would have been handy had I known in advance and brought €1 coins. Overall it was a nice day but I wouldn’t rush back. Could be much better experience if the staff had more customer service training.

First off this is a honest review we booked for the week bed and breakfast First the location if you want a very quiet week with not much going on around the area this might be for you but very quiet for our liking it gets quite boring at night, Breakfast a big selection but no English bacon just your average Spanish stuff not great, egg station but you find these everywhere nothing special ,alright if you like doughnuts , Pools straight facts cold very cold but I did ask them why so cold as ive stayed in alot cheaper hotels with warm pools if you dont say anything obviously it will save them.money so just ask, after I had asked twice in one day the beach club pool did seem warmer alot more people in the pool, Rooms, has everything you would need Only flaws is balcony seating not really a seat what you would sit down for a while and relax, and the cups for tea are a complete waste of time no handle simple I know but trust me bring 1 Hotel food 1 day bought some lunch at beach club 16 euro for a burger to come out dripping of grease when I told lady she apologized asked we wanted anything else we declined but still left it on the bill im not bothered about 16 euro but if its supposed to be 5 star you would expect a better service When they say this is a 5 start it clearly isnt the service is more like a 3/4 only difference is they have a hard rock shirt on , they also have live local bands on each night its ok but again not amazing So out of 10 id rate this hotel a generous 6 it has to up its game it may look nice and pretty but no real beach for a 10 min taxi ride but they do have a stoney so called beach which isnt ideal for sunbathing as its full of stones and if you do go in the sea your probably guaranteed to hurt yourself on the rocks hope this helps

Great facilities, but real poor service. Extremely overpriced, rude staff & long queues to get a drink. 2nd night here & back in room due to not being able to get a overpriced beer (€9) again. If u want to get ripped off, be a fool & book.

Fantastic food and the staff were professional but warm and friendly ... would return in a heart beat 💓 ♥️. Valentina and Alissa were exceptional and are a credit to the hotel
