Hard Rock Tenerife

Had an amazing time at Hard Rock Hotel. The entertainment is incredible. Absolutely Loved DJ Luuh who kept us all dancibg with a fantastic set of music. The food was also fantastic and we had great service from Yaiza and Gemma. Highly recommend a visit to this hotel.

Well what can I say about this hotel... 5 stars all the way!! If your looking for a relaxing holiday with nice food , good views and friendly staff this is the place for you. Me and my partner stayed for 10 days going home tomorrow 6th of nov 😭 and I litterally dont want to leave. The weather's been amazing. Things I can recomend : You have to try sports bar the foods amazing and the staff are so welcoming. The coffee bar does lovely food during the day and cakes highly recomend if you want something small. Yet again staff really nice. Go visit Christina in the hard rock shop. Her and all the staff so friendly and very helpful and they always chat away. If you have no kids the Eden pool is the place to go its and adult only pool, its relaxing, no kids and a diffent dj plays at pool everyday. The bar staff there are great. Buffet restaurant has plenty of options throughout the day you always get diffrent options and there is something to suit everyone. Even if your a fussy eater like me. The spa was so so so amazing the girls who done our massages where the best honestly and getting to use the spa facilities was so relaxing. Highly recomend!! Now on to the best part of my stay here the rock royalty status. Honestly could not fault this we had a room on the 14th floor with the most amazing views of the ocean. The sun sets where something else and im going to miss them very much. The vip check In was hassle free and the staff where always so helpful, they helped us book an excursion. And any request I had they met them without a fuss. They added me to whats app so I could text them for any request. The spa bath in your room is worth it too. And the cleaners are amazing nothings a hassle for them and they work round you if your in the room when they come they just come back and they always say hello. The rock royalty loundge was quite , relaxed and all the staff up there where super friendly and helpful and the wee chef always had a smile on her face at breakfast and they always made you feel welcome. Food was amazing too. Not as much variety as big buffet but worth it cause you could have a nice child morning. The best part about this place also was the afternoon tea from 4 oclock always lovely cakes a savoury things. And the views out of this world. Theres also a shuttle bus that leaves hotel at 11am everyday to las americas. There 2 family pools , a beach , 4 restaurant severing lunch or dinner , plenty of bars and the entertainment at night was brilliant. Also bus stop across the rd and the buses will take you all over tenirefe. Also supermarket too. Could not say one bad word about this hotel other than I want to stay longer. Im defo bring other family members here in the future.

We had such a fantastic time at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife! From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and we absolutely loved our suite with its own hot tub. The spa was honestly one of the best I have ever experienced anywhere in the world, absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, with plenty of choice to suit everyone. Our only criticism would be that the entertainment was so good that we just wished it lasted longer! An extra half an hour to an hour would make such a difference and really add to the overall experience. All in all, a fantastic hotel with so much to offer. We had a wonderful holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Rooms and facilities are really of a high standard but unfortunately the customer service is very hit and miss, some really good staff but equally there are staff that are going through the motions which you would not expect from a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is of a good standard, nice variety of food and good quality, the drinks and food are way more expensive than neighbouring establishments, and the cocktails ate quite weak in alcohol content, the concierge (Marco) was the one shining light and 8s a credit to the hotel, always a friendly smile and always eager to offer assistance

We have visited this hotel for the last 5 years, twice a year, the atmosphere, the staff are amazing. Our 3 year old loves it and is comfortable with the familiar staff who always make a fuss of her! We love that staff remember you and make you feel like you are visiting a home from home. We always feel well looked after and love every moment! We would like to give a special mention to Conrad who is always attentive around the pool, checking we are ok and have drinks etc! Can’t wait to be back next year!
