Clean, food is amazing, entertainment team are brilliant. Been here many times and will be here again.

OMG I love my job. Entertainment team are brilliant, along with every single member of staff from management to maids. Would highly recommend this hotel

I'm going to start off this review by saying that the hotel is only a 4* hotel only if you are willing to pay extra for the excellence service. If not, your getting a 3 star. Which for the money you pay just doesn't cut it. Food. The food is extremely repetitive and bland. Felt like we were choosing from the same food every night. We ate out a few times because we just couldn't face choosing paella, pork and spinach again. The snack bar is also just an utter shambles. Drink. The cocktails are poured from a machine and barely taste like there's alcohol in them. Pool. There's just not enough beds for the amount of people at the hotel. Only once did we find two beds together. People are leaving towels on beds for hours without even using them. Room. Room was basic. A little on the small side but we didn't find that too much of an issue. You have to pay to use the safe. And there was a fridge in our room with cans of pop in there, but was locked?! So we couldn't even keep our drinks we bought cold. This hotel seems to show blatant favouritism to the older generations, the staff are so much friendlier and seem to do more 'favours' if you're over 60. So if you're a couple in your 30s like us, I promise you we are not picky or snobby. Go somewhere else! And leave this hotel for the age group it's aimed at.

Omg I love my job!! Great hotel. Excellent staff. Third visit. We went for the excellence package which did not disappoint. Animation team and general staff were excellent. Food great. However one suggestion… I’m vegetarian and the food was not labelled in a way that I could workout what was what. The spa massage was fully booked so we didn’t get one this time. Would highly recommend. We’ll be back ☺️
