HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje

It’s a good hotel with very helpful staff . My only complaint is that there are no rules regarding sun loungers although they state there is . We could not get beds around the pool today or by the small snack bar where we prefer to rest up . During the afternoon here certainly by the snack bar terrace out of many many beds only 18 guests were actually using beds which was less than a quarter of capacity as all the others just simply had towels on them remaining empty for long periods . Now into our third day here we know the unwritten rule which is grab a bed early and then come and go when it suits you .

We are approaching the end of our 2 week holiday at the Hovima Cool Hotel. Our room, 418 is serviced daily, is bright and spacious and has a double balcony. A small niggle is that the wardrobe has no facility for full length dresses and drawer space is very limited. The buffet in the restaurant is vast, varied and generally of very good quality. All inclusive wine and spirits are served in quite small glasses but perhaps this is a good thing. Staff we interacted with including bar staff, cleaning staff and reception staff were all excellent. Of special mention is Houda, a receptionist who checked us into the hotel around 2am. She dealt with two tired and grumpy octogenarians with patience and good humour and was a joy to deal with.

Another amazing time had at the Hovima It was my 60th Birthday and the Bar Staff were brilliant love them all so friendly hard working people never stop,Ariel the life Guard goes beyond his duties in helping everyone.We missed Pablo Bar manager this time and wish him all the best with his health,Arianna you have the most beautiful smile always happy to help even when we were going put you in the swimming pool,I would say the food in the Excellent needs to be changed as its been the same menu at lunch for 2 years and the quality was not as good but there us always something to eat, See you all again next Oct27 Anne & Alex Scotland

OMG I love my job Great location plenty of steps everywhere. The entertainment team do a great job plenty of to do if you want too. The rooms are not bad a little bit of a tidy would not hurt. Amenities are good the gym not bad a great outside gym though. The shows finish about 11:30 ish so no problem with the noise. Over a great hotel for the money 👍🏻

OMG I LOVE MY JOB! What a fantastic hotel! HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje really does tick all the boxes. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is great and the overall atmosphere is brilliant. However, what really makes this hotel stand out is the entertainment team. They are absolutely fantastic! They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and involved, without ever making you feel pressured to join in. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference, especially their attention to detail. The way they remember guests’ names and take the time to get to know people is genuinely unmatched. It makes you feel like more than just another guest. A huge credit to the hotel and a massive thank you to the entertainment team for making our stay so enjoyable. They really are what makes this place special. Would absolutely recommend and happily return!
