Lovely hotel, friendly staff, special mention to Sandra at the pool bar for the pint on the last day!

We stayed in a Superior Studio for 14 nights back in September 26. The air conditioned studio was very quiet & spacious, including the balcony with amazing panoramic outlook of the ocean. As half board the kitchenette was sufficient for our needs though the fridge does not have a freezer department for ice etc. The bathroom was very spacious, with a hair dryer & plug socket in the vicinity of the sink. Rooms are cleaned 5 times per week & towels are replaced when requested by the guest. The pool area was relaxing & very quiet. There were sufficient sunbeds on our return late afternoon following our adventures & beverages available at the poolside bar. The restaurant & bar area, very spacious, there is also a snug area & a pool table. The buffet, good variety of food for breakfast & dinner. We had the option for exchanging dinner with lunch when pre booked. The environment was amazing through & through & cleanliness was of a very high standard. The communal walkways & roof tops have plants pots etc which makes the experience more tropical. Entertainment, live music at the pool side bar which was nice rather then being indoors. Hovima Panorama is very close to all amenities. Turn right out of the hotel, then either turn right or left at the roundabout & the promenade takes you for miles, as it did with us. All the team at Hovima Panorama, took great pride in their individual roles & were very attentive & helpful from our time of arrival & likewise departure. We loved it so much we have booked again for September 2027 & already counting down the days. A million % from us & thank you to Patricia & your team for all that you do, past, present & the future. Thank you Patricia and team for yet again another fantastic family holiday, this hotel gets better with every year that passes, staff are amazing and the cleanliness is second to none, food in the restaurant was even better this year, it's in the perfect location for us and will continue to return, we have recommended to so many friends and family even though we want to keep this place a massive secret and all to our selves. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained, everyone that works in and around the complex are really helpful and so friendly. Even the returning quests and waiters recognised my baby grandaughter from the year before and would greet her every morning in the restaurant and around the pool. Already looking forward to our return next year, cannot wait! Keep up the amazing work because this hotel shines for us!

Great hotel clean great staff and good location . Rooms big room overlooked a wall but no problem possible could do a little update but again no problem . Food excellent .,enjoyed it so much rebooked for next year

Lovely friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Pool was well kept and there were plenty of sun beds. Rooms were kept clean and stocked with cold drinks as we were fully inclusive.
