Great location by everything and only a walk away from the main strip. Great atmosphere in the hotel staff are friendly and always there to help you out including the animation team johnny as he was in the adult area regularly he always had a smile on his face and there to make everyone have a great holiday. Rooms are very clean and modern, however could do with mopping and being swept daily in the rooms. Quiet hotel during the night once the entertainment has gone off no issues with that at all. Great roof top bar very nice atmosphere seeing over Tenerife. Only thing I could mention about improvement is throughout the day by the adult pool the floors need to be kept on top of so it’s not slippy as multiple guests were falling over due to watery slippy floors, if the lifeguard came and cleared the water as soon as it appears it wouldn’t happen as often. Also floors could be cleaned more by the pool area, under the beds as sometimes found hairs or tissues under the beds from previous guests if this would cleaned it would be great only minor things for improvement. Overall very satisfied stay would return Thankyou for the great stay!

We’ve had the most amazing stay at HOVIMA Suites. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, the rooms are gorgeous and everything feels so well looked after. From the moment you arrive, it has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and you can tell how much care goes into making guests feel welcome. WiFi could be better around the pool and obviously still some noise from renovations. But what has genuinely made our stay so special is Johnny. He is one of those people who completely changes your experience of a hotel. So warm, friendly, funny and genuinely interested in making sure everyone is having the best time. Nothing ever feels forced, he just has such a natural way with people and always manages to put a smile on your face. There are lots of beautiful hotels in Tenerife, but it’s the people who make you want to return, and Johnny is absolutely the reason we would come back to HOVIMA Suites. He is a real credit to the hotel and someone they should be incredibly proud to have on their team. Everything about our stay has been wonderful, but Johnny has made it unforgettable. We’ll genuinely be sad to leave and already can’t wait to come back. ❤️

Best part of this holiday was the animation team here worked tirelessly to make your holiday fun. Well done. Every other aspect of the hotel, rooms, food, drinks and general areas were average, not great not bad would I return.., the jury is out on that one.

Location is prefect short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are very clean and tidy with good space. Everything you need from small fridge in the room. Entertainment team are very good and work hard all day and night. They are very friendly with good pool activities. Very good atmosphere around the hotel, friendly staff. We loved the roof top bar stunning views amazing service and cocktails. We did 6 nights AL very good value for what we paid. Something for everyone to eat and drink all throughout the day!

Me and my friend had a lovely stay for our first holiday together, and overall we really enjoyed our experience. The food was good, with a lot of different options, and there was also a good choice of drinks. The location was good, and the market wasn’t far away, which was really convenient and gave us something to explore outside of the hotel when it was on. The animation team really deserve a special mention — they were all amazing and made such an effort. A particular mention to Jonny, who was absolutely brilliant. He was so friendly, approachable and always made the effort to talk to guests and encourage everyone to get involved. You can genuinely tell that he loves what he does, and his enthusiasm really made a difference to our holiday. Overall, we had a really enjoyable first holiday together and made some lovely memories. Thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable!
