Check in was great, room wasn’t ready, but given drinks and suit cases stored ,2hours later Room was excellent, very modern Restaurant, that much food to choice from Lots of choices Only down side was u was very cosy with table next door and no outside windows Entertainment was good and drinks reasonably priced round pool and at night time entertainment Location requires a bit of walking to beach And busy road in front of Ideal location for market

We arrived very late. We couldn't find our rooms as initially the hotel seems difficult to navigate. There was no staff there to show us to our rooms. The following day or two we were able to find our way around. There were small maps to look at reception but no paper copies available. You pay a sum of money for the pool towels ( non refundable) we also paid a deposit for the safe ( refundable on exit) Our room was overlooking the adult pool. It was very clean and modern. Our room was cleaned regularly. Our daughter had a room looking on to the street. Her room floor tiles were a bit unsightly as some were visibly scewed down to the floor. She also said our room was in better condition than hers and better maintained. We saw some workmen renovating some of the rooms so possibly her room was yet to be done? There was entertainment every night, some much better than others. There was a lack of seating at the stage area though. (Open air) We found it difficult to get a seat if we were going to sit down after the kids entertainment was finished. There was a bar in thus area too. There was heavy rain on the first full evening we were there. We managed to get a seat in the sports bar which is inside the building but it was very crowded as this was the only covered in area open in the hotel for drinks that evening. The sports bar was closed on one occasion when we thought of going there as there were no seats left in the entertainment area. I found that the lack of seating was a negative. Possibly the hotel should look into this and open the other indoor bar which was closed all the time we were there? The food was good ( and I am fussy) There is an area in the food hall for adults only and we found this quieter than the main section. The food hall was quite crowded at times during dinner, with lack of clean plates at the busy times. I found breakfast and lunch was less crowded. We went quite early to both. The Italian restaurant (onsite) was excellent! There was a large choice of drinks to choose from at the bars. There were bars at two of the three pools. They closed at 6pm then the other bars opened. The rooftop bar is very pretty. We went up there a few times. The hotel is quite central but because Costa Adeje and adjoining towns are quite big we used the local buses to get from place to place. We found Uber expensive compared to some other countries. We walked to the beach area from the hotel many times. Uphill on the way back. We much prefered Cista Adeje to the other 2 adjoining towns. We found it much cleaner.

After some hesitation, we booked a week stay and honestly.. it was GREAT! we travelled as a family of 5 (children aged 7, 5 and 5 months) and the room was a great set up as there are 2x rooms. It felt spacious and clean. Cleaners were lovely too! The animation team are next level. My kids were constantly asking to go to kids club, play with the team and to get involved in the activities. They didn’t want to leave the hotel. Halloween was next level- my kids were gutted to miss trick or treating at home but they put on such a great show here - we were really impressed Food was good- we found something to eat every day. Felt clean and well prepped. Only slight letdown was the confusing rules over the family pool. We had balls and floats for most of the time and then a few days before we left, they got strict and said we weren’t allowed anything in the pool. Given there are so many adult areas, this felt a bit harsh. Apparently people had complained which is a bit grumpy of them given other options to go to. We would definitely consider coming here again. I would personally ignore the over the top reviews moaning. The staff were great, hotel was fab, food was yummy, animation team were insane (and so so lovely), great location.. I even had a gorgeous massage

The games room features functional pool tables and claw machines, though the air hockey table remained out of order all week. ​Pest Control: Zero cockroaches spotted across the property—a welcome contrast to typical island resorts in Lanzarote. ​Rooms & Housekeeping ​Comfort: Rooms look pleasant with standard, mid-range comfort. Sleeping quality was solid, though television channels are strictly Spanish-language. ​Housekeeping: Inconsistent. Trash bins and tea/coffee supplies were missed on multiple days. Restock requests at reception took several hours to resolve due to minor language barriers. ​Service & Staff ​Hospitality: Staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and well-intentioned. ​Check-In: Arriving guests are offered a late dinner option before the kitchen closes, though no luggage assistance is provided to rooms. ​Logistics & Signage: Clearer directions are needed for weekend amenities. Sunday towel exchanges relocate away from the wellness suite with zero posted signage, leading to confusion with non-English-speaking pool staff. A reception mix-up resulted in receiving three room keycards instead of towel vouchers—a mistake handled with great humor by the wellness team. ​Food & Dining ​Overall Standard: Food quality is poor (3/10). Poolside snacks are inedible, and the main restaurant relies heavily on low-cost ingredients, including deep-fried processed nuggets, cheap canned pasta sauces, and margarine instead of butter (which ran out twice). ​Buffet & Operations: Desserts look visually impressive—especially during the hotel's elaborate Halloween setup—but taste overly processed. Breakfast features squash instead of fresh orange juice, and pastry options like chocolate croissants are inconsistent. A good hotel in a good location. The rooms are spacious but also very basic. Our bathroom was falling to bits as was our bed. Unfortunately we didn’t have any towels one evening when getting showers, however when we asked reception for these they were delivered to our room within 20 minutes which was fine. The pools are quite small for the amount of guests, there isn’t enough room for enough sun beds either. It’s the same on an evening, getting a seat is quite difficult. The food is plentiful and very nice, unfortunately the dining room is too small for the number of guests at the hotel so most of the time it is chaos there. The staff work hard but they do struggle to keep up with the work load. If you eat later on towards the end of the sittings it looks like there has been a food fight. If you like watching sport there are massive screens in both the sports bar and the bubbles bar which is good. The football pitch is a good addition for the younger generation too, however it’s a shame that they lock it up at night.
