Hovima Suites Costa Adeje

Stayed here with two children and grandparents. Great hotel, good sized rooms that are well maintained, beautifully decorated. Food is good, pool areas are well maintained and the animation team are amazing! So friendly, engaging and put in so much effort. Only downside for us, having a room facing on to the main road at front of hotel which was noisy through the night. Other than that we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful, you feel like a valued guest at all times. We stayed in a standard room on half board. Good central location, near Fanabe & Duque beaches. The rooms - they are all suites i.e. separate sleeping area. They are spacious, modern, spotlessly clean. All have a balcony, mini fridge, hairdryer, lovely bathroom/good shower. The cleaners seem to be cheerfully hard at work all day every day so you can have your room cleaned or not, if you miss cleaning or don't want it you can simply ask for more towels/toilet roll as you pass them, all super helpful and friendly. The food and service in the restaurant - excellent. We will miss it very much. Everything you could possibly want and more at breakfast, lots cooked freshly in front of you. Lunch and dinner offerings are better than most a la carte restaurants, stand outs being the roast pork, roast beef, chicken, paella, fresh fish, salads & croquettes. Plus pizza, burgers, chips etc, breads, cheeses & meats, themed foods like Mexican. Wonderful array of cakes, ice creams, pastries. Too much to mention. And you can help yourself throughout to decent rosé, white and red wines, lager, soft drinks. The pools - three plus a kids pool plus a splash area. No problem getting a sunbed any time of day. Lots of entertainment round the family pool. Very relaxed round the adults only pool. Both have bars. Borrow pool towels from the spa and return when you go home. Bars - Bubbles is the main bar, entertainment in the evening was popular, footie on big screen on Saturday afternoon, bar staff all really friendly, drinks great & reasonable price. €3 for a cava ! There's a rooftop adults bar which is very nice, good views & cool lighting. Theres also a sports bar we didn't use. Honestly can't fault it, if you're heading to Costa Adeje book it 😊

Just returned from a 10 night stay at the Hovima Costa Adeje suites. All in all an ok experience but don't believe these pictures of the pool with the generous area around the sunbeds. The reality is they are packed in like sardines. Location is fine but we knew that from numerous stays in the area. Food typical holiday buffet type. although we were half board we ate out 5 times out of the 10 but you could always find something to take the hunger pangs away, but don't bother with the orange juice as it's weak to say the least. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and the animation team worked there socks off. One big downer for us was having to park my Wife's mobility scooter in the car park at the rear which was of the time not a safe thing to do due to the amount of delivery vans and fork trucks, why you can't drive up the ramp near reception and access the charge points behind the bubbles bar is beyond me. Oh and pay 6 euros a night for the privilege. we tried the Adeje suites due to our previous go to place stopped accepting mobility scooters so is no longer of any use to us. Would we go back? possibly but would have to give it serious thought if the scooter access is not improved.

Well situated hotel for everything in & around Adeje & stones throw from loads of cafes/ restaurants. In my opinion well laid out & decent bar/pool bars. I liked the relaxed atmosphere along with friendly & helpful staff. The rooms were really good size, clean & well serviced with a fridge. The restaurant served up good food at breakfast & dinner with variety & a couple themed night.

Josue was an amazing host, very friendly. The only waiter we had this week who said goodbye when the bar closed. He listens to our orders and brings a very fast and correct service. We had an amazing expiernce with him.
