Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel

We have been to paradise park for the first time and was very impressed, the two bed room room 466 was very spacious with a nice bathroom and a lovely shower. The beds were comfortable. All staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. There was a nice atmosphere about the hotel. Some reviews said food wasn’t great, my husband is very fussy and he found something to eat every evening, the breakfast was lovely with loads of choice. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus because the hotel is located on a hill although not as bad as I had expected, it takes you to the beach and Sunday market which is worth a visit. There is a variety of entertainment and plenty of pools also plenty of sunbeds it was never a problem to get one. It is worth noting the mini bus does not run between 1-30 and 3-30. The only thing that we didn’t like about the room was if you sat on the balcony (which had a nice see view) was the fact that a lot of men visiting the food market/games area/ bars on the right had side as you look out used the BINS on the left hand side of the street for public toilets quiet blatantly all through the day. Our room was on the side which the entertainment was situated so if you are looking for a quieter room I would request it when booking although this didn’t bother us. I would definitely come again.

Location good, plenty restaurants and bars, good coffee shop also right by this hotel. Busy hotel I would say definitely for families, not couples, yes they have adult areas, but really cater for families. Room 131 right by the Strelitizia bar, snack bar. Basic room, single beds pushed together, tiny tv on wall, not Bluetooth , so no music playing through the Tv. Balcony overlooking a flat roof to a lower floor I think, and people sitting at the outdoor area by the bar,never sat out, no view. Daytime entertainment very loud for the kids, didn’t mind the music tbh, when in the adults area at the natural pool. Pool opened at 9am, then you can reserve your bed. Nice pool the natural one, cold but never bothered me at all. Main pool busy with families of course. Small pool and jacuzzi on roof top, for adults also. We went up there but it was so quiet, and just not for us. The pool is away from the decked sunbathing area, and near the seating area. There’s a bar there which on AI you can get a wine/cave/beer anmd coffee/soft drinks and possibly a few other drinks, not many at all. No cocktails on the AI, just payable, also the food was. Bar closed at 10pm. Main canteen area, the adults only area was closed off, disappointing! Usual family catering, pizza, burgers, dry pasta, pork or turkey thin meat pieces, fish , salads etc. I personally didn’t rate the food at all, same old day in, day out. I also witnessed a hotel guest drop a utensil on the floor and just put it back on the display. Surprisingly a hotel staff member in green, a man, dropped the bread grabbers on the floor, picked them up and wiped them with his apron, then placed it back on the bread…utterly disgusted. 🤢 Drinks are branded spirits, with pump dispenser soft drinks. Cocktails at the main bar are ok, but yes, you get what you pay for, I know! The gym was very old, could manage a workout in there. You need a card from reception every time you go, to gain access to, which is ridiculous. Kids can go in there with a supervising adult, which is definitely a no! It’s a small gym, not a lot of room in there, so we avoided it, is there were kids in it. It’s a family hotel , probably perfect for them, not for adults. It's defo not a 4 star, possibly it’s because of the pools there? A 4 star hotel doesn’t leave cups in areas for hours, just a grubby place in general.

Location is perfect, local shops and bars around making it great choice for if your half board or all inclusive and fancy a meal out. We were in a junior suite with 1 baby and 1 child and it was more than spacious enough and our baby slept in their travel cots all night with their extra thick mattress they come with. Maids in the room every day so clean bedding and fresh towels. The hotel its self is amazingly clean throughout the communal areas, bar and pool. Our room backed onto the stage at the main pool and the noise level surprised us.. other than a few muffled noises both children and ourselves slept comfortably. The animation team deserves a special mention. The shows and mini disco are perfect for all ages and abilities. We saw the magician (who was amazing with getting the little ones to engage and join), johnny circus was tongue in cheek hilarious too. My little girl attended mini club every day and never got bored lots of different activities for all ages, even our baby enjoyed the small soft play and colouring. Betty, Luca and Stephanie are amazing with the children and such an asset to Paradise Park. Our room was ready before the 3pm check in too which was a massive bonus. We were also helped to the room with our suitcases and pram and bags.

This is the place to go if you have younger kids. The entertainment is ideal and starts from around 10am, carries on and off throughout the day and into the evening. It was very loud. The adults only pool was right next to the entertainment. Couldn't even sit on the balcony and read due to the noise levels. Parents had no control over there kids at mealtimes, letting them pick there own food and then putting it back down ( help yourself buffet) The hotel had reservations going on that we were not pre warned about and the rooms could do with some TLC
