I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could, we stayed here for 7 nights and didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself was lovely, better than expected, although check in was a bit stressful with having to email a screenshot of your booking and we stayed in F304 which was up a few flights of stairs with heavy suitcases is not ideal and there was no air conditioning in the room so it was sweltering day and night but we had a balcony overlooking the pool which was lovely especially at night with the pool area lit up. The pool and surrounding area is very clean and well tended too and there are plenty of sun loungers so no need to rush to grab one. We discovered a new part of the hotel grounds on day 3 with parrots and Guinea pigs and a whole other salt water pool and slide. There’s also a football pitch, ping pong table, gym area and arcade games inside the hotel. The food was amazing, a large selection for breakfast lunch and dinner including salads meats and cheeses, eggs bacon, pancakes and churros with Nutella, stews, pasta, chicken, ribs, fish and vegetables etc desserts were disappointing however as there’s not a good selection to choose from but a good selection of drinks and you can help yourself to bottles of wine from the fridge which is great but I think what made this hotel so special was the lovely staff, the dining staff were all so lovely and bar staff and the animation team especially, all the hard work and effort they put into entertaining the guests day and night was inspiring. Alex, Lorenzo, Francesca and all the team blew us away with the performances, they work non stop and are so good at what they do, I don’t know how they find the time and manage to put on a good show every night but they do and it was probably the highlight of our trip ending the night with a fantastic show. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough, it’s great I’d say for young and old, for families, couples and solo travelers and in a great location not far from the golden mile and round the corner from the beach so it’s perfect!

i’ve got a lot to say, but I’m gonna start with the entertainment it’s. amazing they do bingo on Sunday and Wednesday and they have showtime in the Plaza every other day and the kids mini disco at 8:30 in the plaza the staff are really nice and funny and the chefs but Alex is really funny all the waiters in the dining room are really nice as well and friendly. and the pool is spotless, the beds are really comfortable and anything you don’t want to take home with you you can put it in the swap box and some people have a balcony looking right onto the pool. I’m sad that I’m leaving, but we are gonna come back. I recommend you come to this hotel.

Some positives, but unfortunately quite a few disappointments We recently stayed at this hotel and, while there were some positives, overall we felt there were several areas that could have been much better. The reception staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The kids’ club staff were also fantastic and really good with the children, which was definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, the room was one of the more disappointing aspects of our stay. We had a room overlooking the main street, which was a good location, but there was work being carried out underneath our bedroom and we could hear drilling from early in the morning. There was also no air conditioning in the room, only ceiling fans. The room became extremely hot and stuffy, particularly at night. Despite this, it didn’t put us off enjoying our holiday, but it certainly would have been more comfortable with proper air conditioning. We also had people in the room above us dragging tables and chairs across the floor at around 2am, as well as from 7–8am onwards. We did complain to reception about the noise and were told they would speak to the guests. Unfortunately, this seemed to fall on deaf ears as the noise continued, which was extremely frustrating and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. The bed was made every day, but the bedding was never changed during our stay and the room was not properly cleaned, particularly the floors. We expected a better standard of housekeeping. The food was probably the biggest disappointment. Lunch was extremely repetitive, with burgers, chips and hot dogs being the main options and very little variety from day to day. The evening meals were average, although the fresh pizza being made in front of you was really nice and probably the highlight of the food. The pool itself was good and we enjoyed spending time there, although on some days it was still a struggle to get a sun lounger, with people reserving them early. Another frustration was the late check-out. We asked about this from the moment we arrived and were told it was something we could request on our last day. When we asked on the final day, we were told there were no rooms available and had to check out at 11am, despite our flight not being until 9pm. This left us with a very long wait before our flight and was particularly disappointing given that we had asked about it from the beginning. Overall, the friendly reception and kids’ club staff were definite positives, and the pool and location were good. However, the room cleanliness, heat, ongoing noise, food variety and lack of a late check-out option really took away from our experience. We did raise issues with reception during our stay, but unfortunately some of these were not resolved. We still enjoyed our holiday and didn’t let the issues completely spoil it, but based on our experience, there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve.

Stayed here for 4 nights with friends. The hotel is in a great location and has excellent facilities with a lovely layout and well maintained grounds. The animation team provide lots of different activities each day, and there is also a choice of activities to do for yourselves, such as tennis and football. All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. The food at the hotel was superb, with lots of choices throughout the day and all perfectly cooked. You do sometimes have to share a table with other guests in the main restaurant, but for me that isn't a problem as it's nice to talk to other nationalities. It would be nice to have air conditioning in the rooms as well as the fans, but it would not put me off returning, would definitely still highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here and the entertainment team were very good . The hotel served a good variety of food including speciality nights . Only down side the hotel charges to use the safe in your room .
