We have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and overall the standard has remained the same .The 5th floor rooms are smashing with a lovely whirlpool on the terrace .We started hiring a car a few years ago and that for us transformed our visit as we can now visit far more of the island.We drove across to Santa Cruz to the opera and had a lovely evening . We are booked again for April .Can not wait.

A fantastic stay beautiful location and lovely views and rooms , there are some small issues we found but did not affect our stay . one problem we found was the shower door was leaking but sure this can be fixed and the other was no air con in the bar area so was really hot on our stay so could not use the bar or pool/snooker tables or watch the entertainment .

Hotel was high up on hill great views, rooms yes dated but spotlessly clean, staff always seem happy. Breakfast was great evening meal not so great! Great shame that you don't even get a glass of water with your meal. The selling wow point definitely the view and massive balconies. Bed comfortable. Slightly disappointing that when you get to your room especially if late at night no water, tea or coffee it surely can't cost loads to provide a few tea bags and milk! Restaurant view amazing, Bar in evening is so disappointing it's dark with no view and no atmosphere, felt sorry for entering team , nobody in there! Would we visit again no because we feel we explored the area, but would definitely do Tenerife again.

Went here for a quick break. Located up from the main area so about a fifteen to twenty walk down the hill and bit longer back up, 74 & 70 year old did it ok. Views from the rooms are lovely plus a massive balcony with table and chairs plus three sunbeds. UK TV channels also able to cast content from my phone, the rooms spacious with full kitchen and comfortable bed. Buffet restaurant and food was ok with cava at breakfast bottle of wine about £15. All in all a nice place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Buffet

What a fabulous Hotel complex. Spotlessly Clean throughout. Great Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Fabulous views from a huge balcony. Excellent Food in a well organised restaurant with again super friendly staff. Reasonable walk down to the town centre and Marina but get a Taxi back, only about 7 Euro and well worth it for the trip back up to the hotel. Loved the whole place and will be back again in Spring.
