Gorgeous hotel , but dated but rooms are huge with massive verandas and stunning views especially sunset . Staff are amazing too especially Gigi and the restaurant manager who was very accommodating much appreciated. On a steep hill not much when you walk down the bottom or marina , definitely need a taxi back up 5euros. Breakfast buffet & dinner buffets have a variety of foods good selection. Drinks are reasonably priced with bogof happy hour daily. My family had a great time can’t fault the hotel but surrounding area is quite and hilly

We stayed in a Luxury apartment with a hot tub and it was excellent. The weather however wasn’t so good ☂️. The staff were really excellent and friendly. The bar and reception area is looking a little tired now and would benefit from some renovation. Bathrobe sizing for a male is too small even at XL. Towels for the apartment and pool require upgrades as they are well worn now . We will be returning soon and hopefully see some of our feedback points recognised A great place to stay.

Return vist, Second time this year and once again had a lovely relaxing time, our room on the 4th floor had everything we needed, clean, spacious and of course the huge balcony with stunning views, stayed half board and enjoyed both breakfast and evening meals, restaurant runs smoothly the staff always polite and helpful, plenty of sunbeds around the pool, it was nice to have the Imperial bar open every night this time along with more live shows in the entertainment area, in general some areas do need a little updating, but the all the staff more than make up for this in my opinion, Los Gigantes is a small village with a few bars and restaurants not overcrowded, If a late check-out in not available there is a luggage room and lovely shower facilities to use to freshen up, Thanks again everyone at Royal Sun .

We arrived here 2 weeks ago late night check in. The Reception area is clean but a bit underwhelming. The staff from the start to the end of this holiday have been outstanding. They noticeably all work incredibly hard but the perfom as A TEAM in doing so which was amazing to see. The rooms on floors 1 to 4 are basic and dated rooms so after we spent our 1st night on the second floor we decided to pay to upgrade and spend the remainder of our stay in LUXURY WITH VIEWS TO DIE FOR..... The flat is modern and clean and the Jacuzzi was an amazing touch as we cooled down in this to escape the Roasting sun. The fact the room has a washing machine was amazing too. Home today with NO WASHING TO.DO. We spoke to Reception staff during our stay and dealt with the young woman and she had amazing customer service. The maintenance staff were also very helpful as we had an.issue with the Safety deposit box and Air Con and both times these things were dealt with promptly. The food at breakfast was incredible. The food for our Evening Meals was good but repetition made us wish we had just gone BB basis. We did eat out a good 1/2 a dozen times too just to break away from the Buffet feel The shop in the hotel is well stocked. Lidl was a short walk away but if we could give you and advice go there early before the sun comes up as it wasn't the 1st time we got caught out in 30* temperatures at the height of the day. Walking down town was easy but coming back up was a bit more challenging due to us being unfit. We even managed the Stairway to Heaven back up to the hotel. To sum this hotel up we found it to be Tranquil and perfect for what we needed. We wouldn't return because we've basically seen all of Los Gigantes but we will recommend this hotel to everyone. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

A lovely hotel with excellent staff, large apartments with a huge balcony, dated but spotless, restaurant had good choices and frequently refreshed, entertainment on during the day and evenings, pool area excellent and sun beds always available. Would have been a 5 rating if the hotel could try to facilitate an outside bar for the evening and update the entertainment area, no air conditioning and sofas /armchairs not very comfortable. Lovely views and weather was good, hotel is at the top of a steep hill and not overlooked at all
