I booked this stay as a birthday treat for myself and my partner, so we were really looking forward to the experience. On arrival, the hotel looked absolutely stunning, and the room itself was lovely, with an amazing view. However, unfortunately the experience did not live up to our expectations. Firstly, we were not informed beforehand that we would have to walk around the corner to access the hotel, nor were we made aware that a deposit would be required. These are important details that should have been communicated before arrival. Although the room was nice, privacy was a real issue. We could clearly hear other guests in the neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy our stay. To make matters worse, housekeeping was extremely disappointing. We were left without towels and, at one point, had no toilet roll. We actually had to go out and purchase our own essentials, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price we paid\. When requesting housekeeping assistance, we were also told it would not be possible until the following day. Overall, I don’t feel the experience offered value for money. While the location is lovely, the views are amazing and the room initially made a great impression, the lack of communication, poor housekeeping and disappointing service really let the experience down. This was meant to be a special birthday treat, but unfortunately, it became more disappointing than enjoyable. I wouldn’t rule out visiting the area again, as it is lovely, but I certainly wouldn’t choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it based on our experience. There is definitely room for improvement, particularly when it comes to customer service, cleanliness and attention to guests’ needs

On arrival at this hotel we paid a deposit of 150 euros we went for a meal at the hotel one night buffet style dinner got a couple of drinks and went up to see food at buffet we got a plate of some salad tomatoes cucumber and onions when we went to see what was for main dishes it was just pork and beef which we don't eat We finished our drinks and I explained to the guy I'll pay for drinks but I'm not paying for the meal because there wasn't anything there we would eat When we arrived back home the deposit got repaid 2 weeks later and they had took the 56 euros for the meal of our deposit saying because we had sat down with a plate you are required to pay the cost of a meal it's the dearest tomatos and cucumber I've ever bought absolutely shocking had booked to go back at Christmas and new year which will be getting cancelled now

Only stayed for 2 nights but what an amazing hotel definitely would come back

There is beautiful place and excellent employe

We were staying at another hotel in Puerto De La Cruz but had heard great things about the rooftop bar which non staying guests could use after 6pm. We visited and thanks to the amazing and friendly service from Carlos we have booked this hotel for our next visit. Hotel is clean and beautiful and the rooftop pool and bar is stunning! And with staff like Carlos all guests are in great hands.
