I booked an accessible room through Jet2. The room itself was very good plenty of room that I would say if like myself I was a wheelchair only because my husband was fit. Could you manage to push me up and down the many ramps? The hotel was spotlessly clean staff were lovely. The food was very good. No rush to get sunbeds and a lovely quiet atmosphere. We normally go to La Americas this was a change for a quieter two weeks. Would highly recommend this Hotel just beware of the amount of ramps. Cleaners were in daily clean towels and sheets.

The hotel is clean overall, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff were not particularly friendly, and there was a lot of noise from maintenance work while guests were trying to relax and enjoy their holiday. The worst part was the polishing work taking place nearby. Bits of dust and debris were blowing onto us and getting into our eyes. We reported the problem several times, but nobody seemed to take any notice or do anything about it. This is completely unacceptable when people are paying to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Cleanliness is important, but so is guest comfort and customer service. Sadly, the lack of consideration from the staff really spoiled our experience. **I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Never again!**

Recently just got back from a surprise holiday for my husband. Location was great if you are looking for a nice quiet area to spend with family - however only a short taxi ride away from Fanabe Plaza if you are looking for a fair few more restaurants and strip experience. Hotel was clean, staff professional and welcoming. WiFi within the facility was very temperamental at times unless by the pool area you could select a different WiFi. Would continue to drop out. Wasn’t and overall issue but something to be aware of Free towels usage for the week and hotel room was perfect size for self catering. The only one big bare for us was the beds and pillow. Bed (mattress) very hard and pillows just meh! Plenty of facilities around the hotel and within the self catering all appliances available. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel itself due to us being self catering but plenty of areas to socialise and what we could see lots of others enjoying the aspects of what available to them. A great time spent for the 3 of us and would highly recommend!!

A mixed feeling about this place, we booked a 4 night stay and left after 1 night. The room is fantastic and well equipped for a self catering holiday full size fridge and oven, large balcony great bathroom very modern the pools were a good size lots of sun beds etc no huge rush to veg to them, the staff friendly very clean hotel, But the amount of stairs and hills at the hotel we were not prepared for and it’s so very quiet, like 20years too old for us quiet. The surrounding area lacks any kind of vibe at night, during the day the beach is also not very inviting, but that said if you want a quiet break and you don’t mind hills and stairs this place is for you. It’s probably a great place if you venture out by car, but we were on foot so on this occasion It wasn’t really for us.

Perfect for Family's & couples with children, good for couples without children too, great swimming pool, lots of good local restaurants & pubs, free parking your hire car on the street, great position for exploring the island like mount, banana 🍌 liquor farms, los Cristianos, Play Americas etc, Tenerife has alot to offer old or young family's.
