Just come back from a week in the sun with my Husband and our friends for his Birthday. We had a great time and will definitely return , cannot see where the negative reviews come from. We requested an apartment overlooking the quiet pool and that is what we got ,it was lovely , cleaned every day as well as clean towels,and not a cockroach in sight. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. and the reps helped us do online boarding passes.The food was very varied, good and hot which in some hotels is at best, lukewarm, never a problem finding something to eat .A couple of times we went to the snack bar which had plenty of choice as well. The bar sometimes got busy in the evening but if you buy a large glass or flask they will fill it for you and save you queuing .The entertainment team are all very energetic and great fun, I even enjoyed the bingo(hate it usually) as they played a tune in between numbers. The shows were really good especially the 3 singers ,we were due to go out on my Husbands Birthday but stayed as they were so good. The area is quite hilly but just take your time ,its worth doing the coastal walk and the walk to Los Gigantes. Would we go again, yes ....cant wait. Thank you everyone for making our holiday so enjoyable,see you all again

Hotel and staff were lovely but our room was infested with bed bugs. We were bitten and in agony for weeks after the holiday. Reported it to TUI when we got home but they weren’t interested

Arrived on 27th September 26 The hotel is situated in a quiet area not lots to do outside of the hotel, but I definitely recommend the Coastal walk the views are amazing and the sunsets are stunning. The atmosphere of the hotel is lively during the day with animation team working hard to keep us entertained. At night you can either go to where all the entertainment is or like us you could chose to have a quiet drink by the main pool The staff are all really nice and helpful and very friendly ( they are a credit to this hotel ) Our room was fantastic we had a fourth floor room overlooking the pool. It was spacious with a lounge and a bedroom, loads of storage, and a small but functional bathroom. Always plenty of hot water and cleaned every day, beds where changed once which is the norm in any hotel with towels however changed every day this is great 👍 our room was spotless and the cleaning staff were excellent. There is no kettle in the room so take your own if like me you like a cuppa in the morning (;take your cups too ) Food again i could not fault always hot and plenty to chose from and replenished quickly. Now ... the drinks are what let this hotel down you are given a token when you arrive and this is for a plastic cup/glass for your drinks , during the day/ evening the problem is the queuing for drinks is so slow the only thing you can get without queuing is water which is usually like warm . We had a lovely holiday here and would highly recommend this hotel due to its cleanliness and staff . Footnote..... SUNBEDS!!! 🤣 our entertainment from 7am ( pitch black dark) was to watch grown adults putting their sunbeds out and when the hotel decided to lock them up it was hilarious watching them trying to figure out why they couldn't pick them up 🤣 the sun is on the pool entirely by 12 noon so it actually doesn't matter where your sunbed is placed . I for one though looked forward to watching them while drinking my morning coffee 👍 Again had a great time here , lovely, friendly hotel 💗

Well we're home after a week here, As a 3* hotel it's OK, other than meeting Mr roach on our first night and a few issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel was generally clean. The staff mostly happy and helpful, and the activity team was excellent, always chatting and engaging with you, although the evening entertainment was lazy. Karaoke twice, and a dodgy belly dancer. The three singers celebration were OK but only on for 45min. Then there's the obligatory bingo and don't get me started on the ridiculous drinks idea with the tokens! Again was simply lazy management, quite often I would go for a walk and randomly decide to stop for a beer before realising I had no tokens or the plastic pint mugs we had taken, which resulted in being refused a cold one regardless of having the all inclusive bracelet. No sunbed wars which was nice although it was a shame the pools didn't open till 10am. Now the 2 biggest issues for us! Those bloody key cards, twice a day we were having them re programed and it always seemed to be when there was a queue in reception, 🙄 each time we were blamed that we had them too close to our phones etc,but the second to last day they changed the battery's in the lock which sorted the problem. We were also unlucky enough to get a room above the Restaurant so unfortunately we were woken EVERY morning around 6.30am with delivery drivers and staff shouting to each other (well it felt like shouting at that time in the morning 😆). Then there was the food, I know it is 3 star but they tried so hard to drag it down to 1, I love paella and always look forward to it, so when we went in the first lunch time It was my go to, well it was the first indication of what was to come. It was awful, the rice was like mush and hardly any other ingredients and that was literally as it came out. The first evening I tried other bits but was mostly very bland or simply unedable. Breakfast I can't comment on as I just had croissants, I did think of toast but didn't want to join the queue behind the pigeons and smaller birds who were enjoying the bread straight from the baskets, oh and on that note DO NOT leave your food to get a drink as the pigeons will eat it. The second day didn't improve so we chose to then eat out most evenings in town, we did try the snack bar once, but again I think the pigeons enjoyed it more than us 😂 The Italian restaurant was OK but very little choice and thankfully no pigeons 😂. Personally if I was forced to go again I would not choose all inclusive and would go into town to eat. This is obviously only my opinion and I may be a little picky, plus we had a car for the week so was able to escape most days. Would I recommend it yes if only because I love the area having been a few times and because we are fortunate enough to all ways hire a car, as for the hotel it was lovely I just expected more regarding the food but that's a personal opinion,

Great hotel room was spotless, as was the whole place- didn’t see one cockroach the whole holiday, plenty of food and drink choices and in a nice area ,short walk to many bars and restaurants , some hills and steps . Only thing missing was a good beach .
