TUI SUNEO Globales Tamaimo Tropical

The hotel wasnt what I expected. There was a system in which you trade in tokens for 2 cups for me and my wife these cups are for your all inclusive drinks. Everytime you want a drink you take the 2 cups back and they give you 2 clean cups and you repeat the process. I found this a bit annoying and the staff said it was due to a problem with plastic in tenerife which is fair enough. The room was a bit worn looking damage to the door and couch and i felt like the pictures didnt match the room really. But overall the room wasnt that bad just not great. We had 2 cockroaches in the room during our stay and we met people at the pool who had multiple cockroaches and either a mouse or rat in their room apparently. The food wasnt great either and it was a bit of a free for all at the buffet. People acting like they had never ate before hovering over your shoulder and more or less barging in to get food ive never seen grown adults act like that at a buffet before id rather eat out wasnt good. The staff were a bit rude not all but some. One of the guys at the pool bar in particular and also my wifes all inclusive band came off and the guy who takes you to your room when you first arrive was all smiles he couldnt have been over any faster to moan about the band and to get a new one hovering near us at the pool. The girls at reception were very nice though and th3 cleaners aswell. They did let us keep our all inclusive until the coach arrived which was good to be fair. Theres more but ill leave it at that. We got a good price for 2 people all inclusive for a week so you get what you pay for but in future id spend a bit more for something better. This is the first bad review ive gave on a holiday but im just being honest I wouldnt go back to this hotel.

Tamaimo Tropical - When we got to the hotel we were put in 212, we had a view of the kids club and the outside of the main road which was very loud, turned on the shower after a long day of travelling turns out the shower drain was blocked and our entire room turned into a slip in slide again not fun at all, we went to reception to speak to the lady she wasn’t much help at all, she had attitude and was very rude, she didn’t want the hassle to move us rooms which again was weird as a lot of people were leaving that day. However the food was great, they do have an Italian restaurant on site which gets booked quite fast sadly we couldn’t enjoy it. The hotel is right next to a lovely restaurant called San Francisco we ate there twice as they were really lovely people, lovely atmosphere, also amazing food !!! The pool and all of the entertainment throughout the day were amazing and entertaining. Above all else we did have a wonderful holiday and made a lot more memories.

I have just come back from a 4 night stay at TUI Suneo Tamaimo Tropical. We had a great holiday, the food was lovely (especially the mash potato!!!) and the waiting staff were always lovely and helpful. Food was very nice, but there could have been more options. Restaurant was always clean. There was always sunbeds, which was a massive bonus as I hate it when you have to get up super early just to get a sunbed. Plenty of space and you don’t feel cramped up to other people. The animation team were the highlight of our holiday. They were super friendly and always up for a laugh. The day time activities were very good and always something to do so you wouldn’t get bored. Night time entertainment was also good, but the tables and chairs get filled up very quickly so it was sometimes hard to find a seat. Now the main reason I give this hotel 4/5 (would be 3.5/5 if i could) it the reception staff. The keycards are absolutely awful and never work, we stayed for 4 nights and had to get our keycard changed 9 times overall because it just stopped working. 2 times a day we were going back down to reception, and we were the other side of the hotel so it was a long walk. I wouldn’t have minded as I know things can go wrong, however the receptionist were very very rude. Not once did they apologise to us, and one receptionist in particular (Ana) was extremely rude and kept blaming it on me. Very bad attitude. Did not apologise once and was very blunt and patronising. Also, our door was broken on the inside from where people had obviously been pushing it because it wouldn’t open. I was reallt not impressed with her at all. However, most of the reception staff were nice and helpful. Overall, we did have a great holiday and made the most of it while we were there.

Had the most amazing stay for 7 nights. This is our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. The staff our just amazing. Very hard working! Nothing was ever to much trouble. What a fantastic Aniamation team there is. They should all be proud of themselves. Loved each and everyone of them and shared some great laughs with them. Some people like to moan about everything but remember this is a 3 star and you pay for a three star! Always something to Eat on the buffet. I would defo recommend this hotel to anywayone.
