HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje

I travelled with my 20 year old son and we had the best time. The staff were all absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The entertainment was excellent and very varied. I was worried about going all inclusive, but the food was very good. It was all very fresh and a great selection. We went into the other restaurant one evening as it was included in our holiday and that was also a lovely experience. The hotel location is fantastic - so close to the beach, bars and some great restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean and the all inclusive drinks were spot on. I have read a lot of people saying that you need to upgrade to Excellence. As much as I am sure this would be brilliant, we did not feel that we were not looked after or had worse deal on the standard rate. We went down to the pool for a few hours each days and whatever time of day we went, we always had sunbeams together within a few minutes. I woful;d love to visit again.

A lovely stay at Hovima Cool! Firstly, the hotel is located only a 15 minute drive from the airport! It’s located next to plenty of shops and bars, and some lovely restaurants and isn’t a far walk from the beach too! We arrived in the early afternoon and our room wasn’t quite ready yet! We were greeted with a glass of Cava and put our bags in the baggage room until we could check in. Used the facilities until we checked in! It was our anniversary and they left us a bottle of Champagne in our room to celebrate which was a lovely touch. Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels and bed linen! The hotel itself looked extremely clean and felt clean! It was one of the most well looked after hotels I’ve been to. The pool is lovely and felt super clean. The sunbeds are really comfortable and don’t feel super cramped together. It was quite busy when we first arrived. I did notice that over the weekend there didn’t seem to be enough sunbeds for everyone, but it quietened down after the weekend. I went down to the pool at 8am and waited until they opened the pool at 8:30am to put towels down. There was quite a lot of people there claiming beds so if you get down there when the pool opens you shouldn’t have issues getting a bed- it was arrivals in the afternoon that didn’t seem to be able to get a bed. The all inclusive food was lovely. Always hot and very varied. We did go out a few nights but we were very happy with the selection and the quality. We went out for drinks most evenings so we didn’t get a look at much of the entertainment but what we did see looked good. All in all it was a lovely holiday and we will definitely be coming back!!!!

Just come back from this lovely hotel again for about the tenth time again loved our stay but wanted to give a big shout out for ainara the guest relation manager we stayed in room 207 had a plumbing problem for first 4 days which can happen anywhere but ainara went above and beyond for us she upgraded our room to excellence room 521 and gave us a late check out at no extra cost plus a few premium cocktails thanks again ainara will see you again I'm sure keep up the good work alan and linda mcallister

Just had a wonderful week in Hovima Cool - for cool adults only ;) My partner and I upgraded to the Excellence (Premium) package which I definitely recommend. Excellence guests have exclusive access to the Infinity pool which overlooks the sea. Very quiet and peaceful. We also had gourmet food options and endless delicious cocktails as part of the upgrade. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Pedro and Asia. Entertainment was great too! We will be back! 🤩❤️

We had the best time at the Hovima cool Costa Adeje in May. The hotel is fantastic and the Reception/Bar/Restaurant staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is so relaxing. The restaurant manager and staff sorted me out with Gluten Free food everyday. The room was cleaned everyday thanks to the maid. All of the staff were excellent. Thanks for a no hassle relaxing holiday. Looking forward to our next one in May 2027.
