Hotel Nettuno

Our first time to holiday in Bardolino on Lake Garda and Hotel Nettuno has been an excellent choice. It is in a great location right on the shore of the lake about 10-12 minutes easy scenic walk to the centre of Bardolino. Everything is spotless and all the staff have been so helpful and friendly right from our first encounter at reception. We were very late arriving due to a flight delay but a substantial meal had been prepared for us and was presented cheerfully by Vicenza. Our room with balcony has beautiful views and is immaculately prepared each day. The food is delicious and Bakari and his team have provided outstanding service.

What an amazing time we had at hotel nettuno. Literally been back a day and already missing it. Amazing staff, spotlessly clean and lovely and plentiful breakfast. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return.

This was our first visit to Lake Garda . We stayed at the Hotel Nettuno . The hotel is in a fantastic location in Bardelino . It’s within 5 minutes walk to the centre . Positives Location Food outstanding Beds comfortable Plenty of sunbeds Clean pool Reception staff ( especially the lady with the long dark curly hair) very friendly and helpful . The only negative we experienced was some of the waiting staff and the head matredee were very solemn . Whilst the food was excellent some of the staff didn’t appear to know which table the food was allocated to and at times appeared very confused . However there were 2 waiting staff who were more up beat . Ajay was very professional and the other lady who I didn’t take her name .

Fantastic location just a short walk (or slow stroll along the lake front) from the centre of bustling Bardolino. The staff, notably Alex, Barakly and Thereasa in the restaurant, all went out of their way to make us feel valued guests. We were hoping for delicious food with a good range of fish and meat, and that's exactly what we got. It was never an issue to provide gluten and lactose free meals; the amazing chef went out of his way to make special desserts and cook alternative mains if nothing on the set menu was an option. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Pool area is big enough and we could get loungers without issue though it was busy in August. Having direct access to the lake (pedalos and paddle boards just across the road) was very convenient. We also enjoyed hiring bikes from the hotel to visit Garda just a short (busy) cycle away. We would recommend this lovely small hotel to other families and couples. We would happily return in the future.

2nd time here with our teenagers. Love it here. Short walk to Bardolino along the lake. Nice pool (quiet) ... nice breakfast. Lovely staff - nothing too much trouble to sort. We'll be back again !!!
