This hotel was a gem. Location was great close to everything. A real Tuscan feeling with the environment and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were very clean and maid service was done daily and with a smile and these ladies were so lovely. The superior rooms were bigger and better with all amenities and hardwood floors , the third floor location was best. The bathroom were equipped with a large shower and bathroom amenities . The value for this 4 stars hotel was amazing. The service level was excellent especially the front desk office I would rate as five ⭐️.They were so attentive to our needs and every day we were asked if there was anything they can do to help and make our stay better. The outdoor patio where we enjoyed daily buffet breakfast and afternoon happy hour was ideal and the outdoor pool located on the roof was beautiful. The noise level was almost non existent, we didn’t encounter any noise at night that would keep us awake. I would highly recommend this property.

The Hotel Boston was in a great location , nice an peaceful but close to all amenities and train stations etc. The Hotel is nicely decorated throughout and has the added benefit of a swimming pool in the building adjacent to the Hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were very nice.

Very authentic, very close to amenities. Spent a day in Florence, a day in Pisa and a local day in Montecatini Terme. Went everywhere by train and always welcomed back by The Boston 10)10 for a shirt breakaway

A wonderful base in Montecatini Terme perfect for exploring the town and area with direct links to Pisa, Lucca and Florence. The hotel was clean and accessible, the staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast offering a great selection to start the day and the adjacent swimming pool perfect to rest weary feet and catch some sun. Only recommendation to visitors would be the street can be noisy if you are a light sleeper (I was fine but my wife needed ear plugs) and you will need to bring/provide your own towel for the swimming pool.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Boston Montecatini Sept 3-9, 2026. All staff were very helpful, professional and went out of their way to make our stay not only comfortable, but very special. Particular mention of night time manager David, who welcomed us and took the time to introduce us to the neighborhood, show us great restaurants and for sightseeing adventures. All managers were extremely helpful and thoughtful, and breakfast staff as well. Will definitely return on my next trip to Tuscany! Thank you Hotel Boston staff for making our trip so wonderful!
