Grand Hotel Croce Di Malta

We’ve just returned from 12 nights in the hotel. This was our four year in a row. We love this hotel. Clean, welcoming and so calming. The location is perfect just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The pool is so peaceful and comfortable. The staff are professional and very welcoming. The rooms are spotless and the beds are very comfortable. It’s brilliant value for money too. The breakfast has great variety and is always very fresh. It’s a very very peaceful hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was part of a package organised by Topflight. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The breakfast was adequate but not wonderful. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and clean. We enjoyed 7 days at the hotel and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

great location near centrum montecatini personel at desk helpfull and friendly personel at poolbar very unfriendly breakfast very poor, no bread at 08h00? for customers, bacon several times reheated and black room small but clean small pool with only a few old umbrella's

Overall this is a good hotel let down by the catering which wasn’t good in terms of appetitibility. I travelled as part of a solo group and we ate twice in the hotel which was a four course meal, too much for me and it wasn’t typical of good Italian cuisine. Otherwise a good hotel in an excellent location, rooms and public areas were very clean. Pool small but adequate for size of hotel

Excellent staff,, super facilities and although didn't get to test the pool, looked very inviting. Great location, breakfast easy and adequate, room fantastic; overall fantastic 3 day stay and no negatives all all
